  Covid-19 (Coronavirus) - Status Update Thread

  this topic is to focus on status updates & advice (no opinion or politics please).. status.

  latest status is that it's serious, probably isn't going to be contained and most large companies are making contingency plans, cancelling large events etc... which i don't think would happen if it was just people being alarmist.

  the incubation period means it may have already spread further and infected many more people than are currently known, so expect jumps in the numbers over the coming days and weeks.. tracking.

  i know this has gone on forever but i read another report of an illegal alien with a history of abuse taking advantage of another poor child.. i just don’t understand why some people do this.

  Cofty could it be both sex and control and not just one or the other? I find it hard to accept it is just sex. I will give you my experience. When I was almost 8 years old I caught our PO trying to get my 8 year old friend in giving him a blow job. When he saw me he chased me down and beat the shit out of me until I past out. What happen to my friend I do not know. I do know this PO keep telling me for days if I told anyone he would kill me. What I went through is why I questioned your reasoning. Still Totally ADD

  Cofty what makes you think castration will stop a pedophile? It's more about control over a another person especially young weak children. I have not heard of anyone who were cured or stopped their sexual perversion. If you know of any please let us know. Still Totally ADD

  Both my daughter-in-law were abused by elders. One of them told us a pedophile can abuse their victims in a room full of people without anyone knowing about it. It may not be full blown sex but touching and speaking sexual sick things to the child.

  I have no love for pedophiles and I am with Simon on this. They need to be executed. The life's they affect is unimaginable in the heartache they cause for the victim. Not for the moment of abuse but for as long as they live. Still Totally ADD

  According to the Oxygen program on pedophiles those who are pedophiles abuse an average of 100 to 150 victims in their life time. Often makes me think about those poor children in a kingdom hall with one of those sick ones. Still Totally ADD

  Why? Becaus trump is pushing them to do it so they will keep getting arms to continue fighting the Russians. I believe when Biden was investigated it was a Republican control Congress on both sides. You may be right about trump debating skills but bullies know how to take control of the stage.   Sorry Simon he will not be impeached. He was investigated while back on this and nothing found wrong. It's just another lie trump bought up to discredit Biden because trump was worry Biden would beat him in the presidential election. Of course I know all you X-Republicans now trumpers will be running around with your hair on fire telling me how wrong I am. I love how the only thing you always cry about put I see it's the trumpers rallying point is bringing up Clinton. Don't worry she is not going to run. No matter what others have said.   specifically, the parts of the world that pollute the least and have the cleanest industries.

  she doesn't seem to care about india or china who are the biggest polluters by far.. "how dare they".

  Simon I don't know were you are getting your information from on solar but I have several friends who are total solar on their homes and they love it and we live in western ny. Back in the 1970's we had a solar hot water heater on our home and we saved a average of 35% off our electricity bill every month. So don't tell me how solar is no good. That's just big oil talk. By the way wind power also works. Doesn't kill birds, mess up bats hearing, slows down the earth's rotation or any of that shit the far right likes to lie about. Still Totally ADD

  Hope you all love a divided country. 4 dislikes you people are amazing. Did you not like what I said about the orange hair guy. Tough!!! Keep up the good work of disunity. Say goodbye to our country. I guess young people need to March to the trump party not the Republican party. Please don't tell me the trump party is Republican party because it is not. All I see is doom, doom, doom. Both parties need to get their head out of their asses and start talking to each other and working together. That means no orange hair guy or far left guy running things.

  Quite frankly no one in the political arena gives a damm about this planet. If you can't make money then the hell with it. Very sick thinking.
