    A judicial committee should not continue an investigation into alleged wrongdoing if the accused person makes known his decision to disassociate himself. (w84 7/1 p. 31) However, at no time should the elders ask the accused if he desires to disassociate himself.

    So they wrote the letter as they wish !

  I already organized a Press meeting with main newspapers in Spain. Many has shown interest in this situation. The fact of that a parallel judicial system do exist is amazing them. This remind me the same situation that happened years ago in Finland. Ministry of Justice had to act and required the local branch to withdrew.
