  Walmart settles JW religious discrimination lawsuit

  pennrecord, monday 20 march 2017. in his lawsuit, pressley claimed a wal-mart store manager remarked to him: “you don’t have to go to those meetings.

  you can be spiritual here,”.

  pressley then claimed a store manager gave him an ultimatum to either stop attending his meetings or be fired.. wal-mart and ex-assistant manager who claimed religious discrimination settle lawsuit.

  The irony is that the Society demands of witnesses that they don't work certain times....or face threats of judgement. When the shoe is on the other foot, witnesses claim harassment!

  .... jw: hello my name is tom, i'm with a group stopping by briefly.... householder: i'm sorry let me interrupt you right there... i know all about you people.. jw: oh really... what do you mean?.

  householder: you are that wierdo cult that believes in all sorts of delusional tripe... how can you let them con you like that?.

  That is about right...

  Those within a cult can not see the reality unless a comparison is made with a different cult. Even then, some will choose to remain blind.

  1974 Special Meetings

  as we all know, armageddon was just around the corner in 1974. at the district conventions that year, it was announced that there would be two special meetings during the month of september; one would be for interested people (e.g., bible studies, family members, inactive, etc.

  ), and the other would be for baptized publishers.

  these were to be held in place of the service meetings for the two weeks, iirc.

  The video is some sort of highly charged, emotionally manipulative stuff with slow-motion montages of life "in a perfect world" with emotional music....

  whenever they talk about undeserved kindness or jesus ransom they add this little gem to get the point across.

  this is sick, why do they feel the need to tear down people's self esteem?

  WHY should I be punished or judged for something I did not do?
