  today i read some news story's about the property deals of jw.org in brooklyn.

  they made good money and good connections.. but i'm sure jw.org made a very, very big mistake in brooklyn.

  they did.. they sold and are selling all the property for money.

  Watchtower bible used as a prop in a R rated movie

  it was a wtf moment .

  the movie is on netflix called american violence.. it was a non block buster hit.

  any way the time stamp is 1: 38: 42. if anyone is interested.

  It would be funny if society material was used in a movie with gambling, pornography, drug taking, stealing, child abuse, racism, murder and violence!

  Then it would be like the ACTUAL contents of the bible itself!

  The smurf toy that jumped off a boys lap at an assembly and yelled "I'm outta here!" And walked down the isle.....

  You know demons love living in the bodies of smurf toys right?

  I genuinely heard this one as a 10 year old in Australia. It "supposedly happened at MY assembly hall"

  i am not sure i will go, since i just moved away from home a month ago.

  it is not cheap to travel 250km and pay for hotel here in denmark, and i am not exactly rich.

  we are asked to not love money, work ot (i was never asked because the company had money to give away, rather had a job that needed done), no extra schooling.. then when we read the literature they make a big deal of the ones who are rich.

  Yes, throughout the bible, Jehovah's servants have often been described as being "blessed with riches" etc....

  Yet somehow nowadays it is derided by the society? Unless of course those riches go to them!
