  is praying begging?.

  you get down on your knees..... you put your hands together..... you beg.

  you beg forgiveness, to a god that wants to hear nothing but that.... you beg for mercy,, to a god that wants to hear nothing but that.... you beg for help,, to a god that does not listen.

  one thing i never understood and never will is how they can sit and say ''oh Jehovah answered my prayer and sent me a bible study''.....

  when people are dying of cancer...aids...etc....starving...and being murdered...

  that i will never get.

  its the same with some of the born againer kinds....with their 'Jesus gives you only have to ask'' well...ok..tell that to the people dying after spending thousands at benny hinn crusades...and then being told they didnt have enuff faith...what crap.

  I dont know....all I know is that things totally suck right now...and He isnt listening...

  yer...for the last few weeks I feel like He has poured some major divine wrath on me...

  I @ one point asked for the same thing...but yer....i just dont care anymore...if He is listening or not.

  If he did end it now for me, I really wouldnt care. After all...If the dubs are right...which deep down I know they arent...Im dead anyway...so He might as well...and with that being said...and they arent right...nothing will come from dropping dead anyway. Well the end of my bullshit existance maybe.

  the jury is still out for me. I know that he has not answered my prayers to my knowledge... if he really cared, wouldn't he let us know? I mean c'mon already.

  Shamus ...xxx....yer jury is out with me as well at the moment...Im still spinning from leaving the org...Id like to believe He does care...but Im still confused...thats why I dont enter the ''He is ...He isnt '' arguments...

  Still, the closest thing to special attention and their own group at their level that a Dub kid would ever experience, I imagine.

  From what I had heard the local school here pulled the plug on it for some reason...

  the bible book of storys...followed by questions....thats all i can remember...

  after a while though they stopped doing it...well in our cong anyway

  Giving Away the Family Dog

  i was wondering if anyone out there has ever needed to find a new home for a family pet, and if so, how they handled breaking the news to the kids.

  we got this dog when he was 13 weeks old and he is now 16 months old.

  in the short time we have had him, despite all the love and attention he receives, he has destroyed our home!

  I agree with odrade....but if you have found a home where you know the dog will be looked after thats cool...beats a shelter by far.
