by ADJUSTMENTS ini believe the last two wt studies in the 7/14 wt study articles were planned for this exact time and did not come about by happenstance... the jw cult is preparing the rank and file for some faith altering "new light" to be announced fairly soon, and these scare tactics will do just the trick.... the articles are preparing the rank and file to become apostataphobic, they have the rank and file in such a frenzy, even have them questioning themselves and their own motives for being in the borg!.
with paragraphs like:.
if you hear someone that has doubts or questions about the borg avoid them like the plague, and tell your local elders, but don't judge them!!!.

The insensitivity and opportunistic nature of witness at the 9/11 site !
by stuckinarut2 ini saw an online post with pictures of all the witnessing carts all around the 9/11 site during the anniversary of the tragedy.... im appalled at how opportunistic they are, and how they prey on people in a mourning and vulnerable state!.
apparantly they boast of: "there are 65 carts, with 200 witnesses manning the area... and so far 15 new studies started!".

i think it was fairly recent (past 12 months or so).
i thought it was in a km but i went all the way back to january 2013 and its not in there.

Im trying to locate a publication by the b0rg about 'grabbing peoples emotions' or 'getting an emotional response' or 'reaching their heart through emotions' (cant remember how it was worded) when they read watchtower literature or look at pictures. I think it was fairly recent (past 12 months or so). I thought it was in a KM but I went all the way back to January 2013 and its not in there. Maybe it was a letter read to the R&F at the service meeting?
I've searched quite a bit, cant find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

How many times does it take for a prophet who speaks in the name of Jehovah to become a false prophet?
The answer is simple, it only takes one false prophecy. See Deut. 18:18-22
The watchtower has claimed to be a prophet and has failed numerous times in their predictions. As Deut. 18 says, do not fear them.....so do not fear the watchtower, they are not gods channel.

Hey sparks, in Matthew 24:9 who said, "you will be persecuted on the account of my name"?
Was it Jehovah or Jesus that said that?
Also, you're basing your entire argument off a book that you think most of us still believe. The bible is a human creation and has many contradictions. Sparks, do you even know how the bible was formed and canonized?
Why does Jehovah create evil in Isaiah 45:7? I thought Jehovah was righteous and satan was evil?
Why does Jehovah give his blessing on killing everyone in a city except for virgin girls in Numbers ch. 31? Think of this for a second, what if the Muslims are the true religion and Allah tells the Muslims to come to your town and kill you and your family but if you have a virgin daughter keep her alive. Im sure you're a good person sparks, you would think the Muslim god was wicked for killing everyone...even good people...but keeping alive the virgins and sometimes the animals adds to how evil a god would be to allow that and bless that.
Just stop and think for once sparks.

Welcome Tigersuit! And welcome to reality! The watchtower mindset is the matrix, it is not real, and its not healthy. So happy you and your wife are doing this together. Some of us are not as lucky to have our spouses see the lies of watchtower.
Whats always amazed me is most JWs do not realize that Jesus is not the mediator of the great crowd. According to the organization Jesus is only mediator for the 144,000. This is a blatant contradiction and twist of scripture.

by Crazyguy inmy assembly starts tomorrow and i'm not planing on going but how many apostates are you of those that have gone seen at the events?
i may go to wonder around and shake thier hands and offer some encouragement, but don't want to waste my time if none are there..
