did the flood and all wars in the scriptures eventually bear the fruits that god hoped for?
is evil gone among humans?

I have been thinking and was eventually wondering about the following:
Did the flood and all wars in the scriptures eventually bear the fruits that God hoped for? Is evil gone among humans? Do we all worship the same God in the same way? How many lives have been lost and how many people have suffered due to these acts of God? You would expect that the many efforts by God to protect his people and to spread the approved way of life would have resulted in a much better world.
Would this in itself, these facts, not be enough proof that these events were not driven / organized by an almighty God?

The Motive of the Governing Body

it is in regards to the motive of governing body members.

I can believe that fortune or money was not a driver when Ray was a member. But a lot has changed and since the WT got hold of all kingdom halls worldwide and are far more focused on donations, my view is that money has become a driver. May be not the core driver but as key element of all their drivers:
- power
- being seen as special or important
- lack of personality in normal life and now want to prove they are doing a great jobUnless they are all blind and lack any sense of intelligence, they must know that their doctrines are not scriptural and that their views about Armageddon are based on philosophical ideas and wishful thinking. But as they convince themselves they need to provide a sort of "safe haven" for people (I truly believe they think that people are better of being in the organisation) , they will continue with their journey to convert people.

Very sorry to hear as any victim is one too many. If number is correct, shame WT is silent on this. Are they scared to realize that their special bond with their God does not protect them and all suffer the same as all others?

Hi, I hope your idea about the future will be as you are longing for. In my case, I spend my time on my family and try to enjoy now as much as possible. I am not scared of the future. It will be as it will be. I enjoy my family life and my social life. So, who knows, may be we'll see each other in the future.

Complexity does not serve as proof of a god. Though at the same time, life can only exist if all the conditions are met. Trial and error will not do it as out of death (a failed trial due to error), life cannot be generated (in order to try again) unless there is something that controls this trial and error process. In other words, I can see that sort of evolution can exist and being controlled by a god. A god that has the power to develop via trial and error (evolution). Why not??
