ok, a game about an event where millions of people where killed versus a game about a socioeconomic culture? yeah i see the relevance between the two.
and yes i think that MOST (not all) people who have a problem with this game are being oversensitive.
why can't a game, which that is ALL it is, be funny? and or entertaining?

my boyfriend (feels more like fiance though i guess as we've talked about but just need the ring) and i have been together over two yrs and living together for over a yr. he never was a jw, and professes to be no religon and isn't even sure god exsists.

he's non jw.... really very proud to be an atheist. and he doens't get my whole need to vent against the dubs..... but it's ok. he lets me vent about other things.

apparently because they're not appreciated or understood by the country music industry and fans.

ok i don't know if it qualifies as rock... but they are more rock than the dixie chicks... dave matthws band has a stellar violinist....... and they haven't strayed to country in the more than 10 years they've been a band, so yes i guess it is possible

as a jw i admit to "massaging" my hours nearly every month to keep up with the expected amount.. my brother never put in hir report for nearly 2 years.
i was amazed when i asked the secretary he told me "i allways put a few hours in if people forget" !!!
so my brother was a regular publisher despite not going out on service.. he was one man.

i came from a 'zealous' congragation. where everyone, including every single bethelite in fs would meet at the mcdonalds for breakfast. and ours wasn't the only congergation there. so what does that tell you? for one thing it tells me that you are still in. the way you are defending the witnesses like they are god's chosen people. let me clue you in to something, god didn't choose people.
i was a regular pioneer and i didn't go out in FS yet every month my report said 90 hours. but no witnesses never fudge.

unfortunately if the peircing wasn't in your ears you can't give for a year. but once the year is up you are free to give and give freely :)

i'm assuming ya'll knew that....i was really suprised though, in reading the decision...that the phrase "in a nutshell" was used by the judges in writing the decision....i didn't know that was proper legalese.
