so this past weekend i took my girlfriend and my boys on a little weekend getaway.
we stayed in a hotel and early sunday morning i went out for some starbucks.
when i returned and called the elevator it arrived, the doors opened and inside waiting to come out was a nice lady with that all too familiar badge on her lapel.

My wife always made the hotel bookings and one year she went online to the hotel's website to check if there were any reservations at one of the WT recommended hotels, low and behold there was, at a price lower than what the WT stated.
I understood that WT did this to get over 'dynamic pricing' - where the price goes up the less rooms there are - so that all attendees can pay the same, rather than allowing a few early bookers to get a 'cheap' prices and the rest to pay rack or more.

Printed form, but only the congregation secretary has it; you can request to view it, but only in his presence.
The original August 25, 2008 letter stated:
"A copy of this tract may be displayed in the Kingdom Hall so that individuals planning a visit to Bethel can see for themselves the Scriptural principles involved, as well as the pictures of what is acceptable attire."
Has this direction been updated?

Note that this facility appears to be ONLY for the Warwick tours as its in the middle of nowhere. According to the letter 1 July 2016: Re: Information for Touring the World Headquarters at Warwick, New York
The Warwick facilities are located some 45 miles northwest of New York City at 1 Kings Drive, Tuxedo Park, New York 10987. Since the facilities are not accessible by public transportation, those who visit must provide their own transportation.
A multipurpose room near the main lobby will be available for the use of visitors who have brought their own lunch or who need a place to rest between tours. Outdoor pavilions will also be provided for this purpose, weather permitting. Changing rooms will be available near the visitor parking area so that those who have traveled long distances will have a place to change their clothing before or after touring.
The new Britain branch in Chelmsford is likewise in the middle of nowhere, 45 miles east of London and not accessible by public transportation - hopefully the Governing Body will be providing the same kind of facilities there too
