  devon and cornwall police have said a leaflet posted through doors in north devon isn't a crime – despite it advising gay people to "control their urges".the leaflet, entitled "how to harness your habits", was distributed in north devon by jehovah's witnesses and contains an article asking "what does the bible say about homosexuality?

  "in it, the religious group states that "rejecting homosexuality" is completely different to "rejecting people of a different skin colour" and says their views are the same as people who "view smoking as harmful and even repugnant".it also compares gay people to animals, but says "unlike animals, they can choose not to act on their impulses".the journal was contacted by a reader, who wishes to remain anonymous, who felt "belittled" by the leaflet.

  In England, Wales and Scotland, the exchange of sexual services for money is legal, but a number of related activities, including soliciting in a public place, kerb crawling, owning or managing a brothel, pimping and pandering, are crimes. Although the legal age of consent is 16, it is illegal to buy sex from a person younger than 18. In England and Wales, it is an offence to pay for sex with a prostitute who has been subjected to force even if the client did not know.

  Peter Tatchell, the human rights and LGBT campaigner, says that MP Keith Vaz has “not broken any laws” and should not resign over claims in a Sunday newspaper that he paid for sex with male prostitutes.

  Did it occur to you that this "workbook" may very well be just that - a 'workbook' used to train the HLC guys? Maybe it isn't what they use directly with the JW patients...maybe this is one their training tools

  Well it's interesting that, apart from the last page, it includes only readily available printed material that all can relatively easily obtained - and are the articles that basically should be reviewed before filling in the 'old style' blood/advance directive, namely...
  

  The basis for the 'workbook' would appear to be the two Kingdom Ministry inserts -
