I've considered therapy but I think what will help me is for this to be made public to help the children that are still being harmed and have no one to turm to. If we can make it happen I'm very open and ready and armed to put it out there, the news etc.!!!

Unfortunately because this cult has such a hold on it's member and the members have such a fear of doing what's right its going to continue. Mind u they are supposed to follow the laws of the land but molestation is illegal so I'm confused they're not reporting it to the police bcuz......

Thank you all for replying. What made me recently start looking for others who've experienced this is that a known pedophile has been doing door to door work on my street and it's been a miracle I haven't attacked him as I have three small children myself, and we grew up with this person at the hall and his father is an elder. My own mother left my children alone in her home all day to spend the day with the witnesses in town. One of my children is a type 1 diabetic. I fought my father for my mother as a child., the elders knew of the physical, mental and sexual abuse that went on in my home and nothing was done, my older sister tried to kill herself multiple times. I have trouble showing my children affection, and at times I'm very aggressive with my husband. I don't know what to do with this anger or hurt anymore.

Hello, I was raised by two parents who were both baptized parents, my father was disfellowshipsd for molesting my sister but never turned in and my mother didn't divorce him bcuz the elders told her it did not count and they discouraged her from going to the police so years later he was arrested for molesting a child in the "world" whose pArents knew better. My mother kept him in the house for about 7 years after and put me out at 14. She would lsave us alone with him for hours while she pioneered.
