by scared and lonely ini am sorry that on my first post i am asking for help and advice but i am at my wits end.
i have been brought up a witness all my life and it is all i know.
i am an ex-elder and pioneer and i don't know anybody outside of the congregation.. i have been unhappy for so long and wanted to leave.

Since jan 2016 the watchtower and awake magazines are only printed bimonthly AND are undated and that means that they can still be used in six or 12 months time from when they were printed.All the trolleys i have contact with have vast amounts of 3 ,5 and 10 year old teaching books on the trolleys.What will happen when all the old books are gone i dont know but i do know that they are trying to push people to the web and lots of trolley dolleys have tablets

Go back tell them you we're having some issues but through pray you have had them resolved. Never admit to being on any apostate sites. After your back in start preparing your self for a new life out side of the cult. Then when your prepared better start fading away.
I totally agree with this.
If your story is real, then as an Elder, you should know what kind of mental-issue caused you to have a meltdown.
Tell your Elders about this stress, and that you need support.
Then, PLAN your fade and escape while building a life.

Should this Body of elders be considered blood guilty?
by dbq407 inover the weekend a very nice, caring individual was killed in a car accident after meeting.
she was 32 y/o and has a 3 year old daughter.
her husband was driving home from meeting when his car slid off the road, came back on the road, and was broad sided by a truck.

I agree with the OP.
I grew up with attend meetings at all cost.
In our recent congo, it was changed to: if there is even a chance of extreme weather, the meeting is cancelled. This despite being the uber-congo of the district.

Should I get babtized?
by BlackWolf ini know this sounds like a ridiculous question but i was talking with my mom in the car today and of course we got on the topic of getting babtized again.
she told me that jehovah holds me accountable for my sins regardless of wether i am babtized or not so i have no reason to be holding back because it won't change anything.
my parents are the type of super strict jw who will shun you just for not being a witness.

Par 2 states: "Let us see how these principles have been applied in the New World Translation, the 2013 revision as well as the non-English editions."
No one reading that would ever think that "non-English editions" is referring to the 1984 edition.

Where do I start telling a psychologist about the mental trauma I feel as a fading jw?
by Simple Minds ini am on a pension, so i could not afford to pay for a psychologist, but my good doctor referred me to a free clinic for people on a low income, for my anxiety and depression, so i have finally got my first appointment with a psychologist since i started my fade, so where do i start trying to explain the mental trauma i feel as a fading jw?
i would appreciate your advice.

We did this forever and a day ago.
Even discussed it in Pioneer School.
Pioneers would do a night shift of service, hitting 24-hour stores when the clerks had no customers and were bored.
