sorry i thought it was a new morning worship video but it is 6 months old and has already been discussed on here.. it is presented by gb helper k flodin and about this generation.

the delusion and hypocrisy runs deep.. he reminds the cult members not to speculate because they aren't supposed to know the day or the hour.

I had seen this video quite a while ago, and remembered the: "Well does this mean ... ?" and had remembered as it being 40 years, i.e. 2054.

I had listened to Splane's videos trying to locate this gem.

2040 kids. This time as an official video.

Gord Downie - No Mention ??

with the loss of music greats in 2016, i'm somewhat surprised that gord downie hasn't been mentioned here.. the hip make such good music, and put on a good show.

saw them here about 4 years ago, and gord brought his young son out on stage.

with his health news, it makes that memory so much more touching.. whenever we lose a talented entertainer, we feel such loss, wishing that their talented gift to us did not stop.. for him to give, what can only be described as, a self-sacrificing good-bye tour, leaves me absolutely speechless.. http://www.torontosun.com/2016/05/25/final-tragically-hip-tour-dates-announced.

The Hip make such good music, and put on a good show. Saw them here about 4 years ago, and Gord brought his young son out on stage. With his health news, it makes that memory so much more touching.

Whenever we lose a talented entertainer, we feel such loss, wishing that their talented gift to us did not stop.

For him to give, what can only be described as, a self-sacrificing good-bye tour, leaves me absolutely speechless.

Saved by Baptism and the Start of the G.T.

so, the official teaching is that baptism saves jw's from armageddon (1 peter 3:21), in the same way that the ark saved noah (jesus - not sure why jesus needs saving, though), his wife (the remnant - wt aug 15, 1990) and the six others (the other sheep - wt sep 1, 1989).. jehovah himself shut the door of the ark, and after seven days, the rain started to fall.

this shutting of the door corresponds to the start of the g.t., afterwhich no one can become baptized and saved, but must live with their personal agony throughout the g.t., knowing that they were this close to being inside the ark.. now, let's say that the g.t.

starts on the third saturday of april, 13:00 (1:00 pm) greenwich time, and the g.t.

Since the concorde is retired, they are out of luck, just like all of Noah's living relatives, parents--chainsaws to cut your way in were not available yet.

Noah must have burned all of the ropes, ladders, cranes, etc., so that the unbelievers couldn't climb in the windows.

And why did the fallen sons of God not clear out a floor or two of the ark, and haul in a bunch of girls and women to keep the sex-party going?

so, while pulling up old articles on the baptism post, and the necessity of this step, i see this strange sentence:.

neither the watch tower society nor any human today can lessen the force of that indication of god’s will.

(wt jan 15, 1971, page 64).. so, are there then other scriptural areas that the watch tower society can lessen god's will?.

What about those a few time zones later?

in the very near future the gang will be down in a bunker,cellar awaiting the police,military to break in and take them away to camps or executions .

(paranoid much) this is the foretold "prophecy" of the governments turning on religion and saving them for last.since the couple portrayed as simplifying their life by getting rid of a lot of material things is shown to be (about) the same age in the bunker we know it must be any minute now that it will happen.

i have been out for over 35 years and things seem to be getting more bizarre each year.. when did this doctrine really become main stream?
