they have a video that is pretty interesting.

It's pretty impressive that they had a DA and a Judge providing their own point-of-view.

(Yes, I realize that the WTS also had a Judge's (hic) point-of-view.)

Actually, the rhetorical tone is a little over-the-top for professional legal counsel.

JW.ORG TRADEMARK DENIED

i saw on another forum that the trademark application for the 'jw.org' logo had been denied by the trademark office.

it is too similar to the logo of another company.

there is an appeals process that presumably gives the watchtower a chance to get the decision reversed.

Traditionally, the TM is used to indicate that the owner considers this a trade-mark (unregistered).

Once registered, the ® is used when it is a registered trade-mark.

quoted genesis ch 7 about him bringing 7 clean animals.

and only two unclean, well i thought it wasnt till moses came along that all these requirements were done, so noah was under the law too?.

I enjoy listening to Led Zeppelin recordings from when they were in their heyday. The reunions have been awful and their individual solo albums have generally been disappointing.

I agree that his first solo effort was not great.

I would compare that to Wings - pretty much fluff music.

However, I would never say that later collaborations diminish previously-displayed phenomenal talent.

One reasoning was that the creator, having freely given life could revoke it, in case of children with executed parents ,--so as not to overburden the survivors.

Yeah, that's why I had kids too!
