  The unanswerable questions of life are usually attributed to: "We are imperfect, so cannot understand. We only use, at most, only 10% of our brain, and more likely, only 1%. Once restored to perfection, then we will be able to understand."

  Adam, however, was perfect, and therefore had 100% brain function. Which would be better, 1% to 10% of a genius, or 100% of a perfect man?

  So, perfect Adam with 100% brain function, allowed his little head to outmanoeuvre his unparalleled perfect brain (even though they never actually had had sex yet)?

  come on cart people stop slacking,of four carts that i went past today all four had many copies of the same version of a teaching book that was printed ten years ago,i got 14 copies myself and put them in the trash .

  well, i just finished reading marley cole's "jehovah's witnesses - the new world society" book from 1955. i'll provide a few quotes to introduce it in case you aren't familiar with the book.

  ray franz in crisis of conscience, p74, 2004 hc edition: cole wrote the book as if he were a non-witness writing an objective account.

  the idea was that by having the book published by an outside publishing firm it might reach persons who normally would not take society literature.

  My two cents.

  I am a theist.

  This forum has a number of Christians, open to debunk WT, and obtain converts.

  The majority here are extremely respectful, AFA internet behaviour goes.

  I do believe that WT philosophy benefits a small proportion of their membership. However, other high-control religions (Mormons, Scientology, Moonies, many Islam, extreme Christian), or groups (AA, etc.) would provide the same structure and discipline that substance abusers, etc. have been lacking in their lives.

  Does this allow WT to exploit this structural control to manipulate the lives of these ones, and, more importantly, to effectively destroy the relationships of their members' friends and family?

  No sane person would come to the conclusion that WT's alleged ends justifies the means.

  jehovah has done so much for us through this agency.

  the least we can do to show our responding love and appreciation is to contribute our finances and time toward expanding the global preaching work.

  Again we can stay awake by our service and financial contributions to the Watch Tower Society. Jehovah has done so much for us through this agency. The least we can do to show our responding love and appreciation is to contribute our finances and time toward expanding the global preaching work. The remnant in their small numbers contributed millions of dollars to the Society’s work prior to 1931. Surely now the “great crowd” are willing to do their share in making the Society’s educational work today the most important business in the world.
