i awoke this morning to the sound of creaking and breaking tree branches in my neighborhood, one after the other, due to the heavy accumulation of ice from last night's storm.. unfortunately, one of the trees in my backyard is a complete wreck, and it fell on my power lines, breaking them.
i drove around the neighborhood a bit and the tree carnage is like nothing i've ever seen.. also, in a span of 3 to 4 hours i saw probably 8 bright green flashes of power transformers popping.
i probably will not have power for at least 3 days, probably more.

I realize that this is old, boring news, but they just REALLY tick me off! We were expected to follow everyone of there man-made rules without questioning them at all. Does those rules apply to the big shots sitting in Brooklyn?! I guess not.
Now I'm thinking about keeping the book, questioning my mother about the whole "NGO thing", and showing this to her. Oh wait... she will label me as an apostate and cut what little contact she has with me off completely. Those old farts REALLY have all their bases covered ,don't they?!

Our parents are getting up in years and I told him I don't know how I'll be able to arrange her JW funeral when the elder's won't talk to me. He said, "Just leave it up to me. She'll have a Catholic funeral." I told him that was just too evil. He can't do it, but I'm a LOT more deprogrammed now. BAHAHAHAHA!
