When I first realized that JW were indeed a cult, I told myself that they weren't a "dangerous" cult. Well, when you hear about things like this, the child molestation, the deaths from no blood... they are indeed a very dangerous cult.

okay here is the deal, i am new to ebay earlier this month i was on ebay and bid on some books.
i won the auction said that it would take a week for the books to get to me, after the acution ended i e-mailed the seller to send me an invoice so that i could pay him.
he got back to me the next day and i paid up.
Sometimes media mail does take FOREVER. I've even had parcel post in the same state take a month. But the LEAST he should have done is reply to you nicely. When I have a lost shipment, I tell them the date and time that I shipped it out and appoligize for the delay (even though it isn't my fault).
Did you check his feedback before you bid?
did it ever happen in your congregation that a person was asked to leave?.
i remember about 10 years ago, an elder was giving the sunday talk, and a woman that i never saw before was seated in the front.
she was all alone, and right in the middle of the brothers talk, she raised her hand and started asking questions to the brother about what he just said.

Here is my thought. What if there were three elders on the title. If they all left the organization, and wanted to sell the KH, could they legally keep the profits? Or is there much more too it?
That is what I pointed out to my mother. I told her that "Brooklyn" would send their lawyers down to her little congregation and they would find out real quick who REALLY owned that KH. She said, "Well yes, they have lawyers." I said, "Yes, and they send them to law school too while they tell everyone else not to go."

for those out there that play with figures we can calulate the number that have joined and left but how does the number that have left over say twenty years compare to the numbers still in.

I would think that they would count because they were subjected to the same mind control. They might not have fell for it, but they still had to fight it.
