hi, i am also a practicing jehovah's witness and very proud of it,to say the very-very least..!
i am a middle-aged man with many decades of being a witness of jehovah god in england.. this important letter is personally to you, just as many of the bible's 88 letters are to be taken personal by you the reader.
i am writing to you to urge you to take stock of your life, think what your future holds for you.

first of all, this post i made on another thread sums up why i want to change congregations so bad.. "theres the other teenagers at the kingdom hall but it's not like i can tell them anything about how i really feel because they're all brainwashed and they'll tell the elders if i tell them something questionable.
there's a girl i like that goes to my hall but i know i'll never be able to be with her because by the time i'm old enough to date by the watchtower's standards, i'll have moved away.. the worst thing is i can't even fake everything well enough to fit in with the other teens at the hall.
i'm always the outcast and if i talk sometimes the so called 'friends' will straight ignore me, even the ones that say they're my best friends.
i agree with Apognophos.....i train with many fighters pro and not pro. It is not staged, i believe the difference between mma and boxing is, if the ref see's a fighter in a compromised position than the ref will stop the fight. take the last benson henderson fight.....great refing.
I do believe it is a lot safer, when i roll or spar during training no one goes out for blood. usually if someone comes in for blood they will be kicked out of the gym. I have seen it first hand.
like i said it is a true friendship that is developed. the great thing about it is....if you don't believe what the other guy believes you are not ostresized.

DATA-DOG with all respect. do you know first hand if it's a dirty sport? and they don't have talent?
i know many pro fighters in and out of the ufc and other fighting associations. All are very clean people and very respectful.....and much to say.....they all have talent in this sport and out of the sport.
and when i say respectful.....these people i know that i train with on a daily bases have more morals, more respect and are better friends than any person actively associated with the BORG.

BTW...do you watch the UFC? if so look up Nate Quary. he is an ex-JW. Great figher and person.
I also recommend start training in MMA or jui jitsu.
send me PM...I will give you more info on what training you could do. and remember the friends you make at the gym are true friends!
my older teenage son had similar issue as you. he has been doing MMA and jui jitsu and wrestling for a long time. so when the kids at the hall
started to be butt heads he just moved on...stopped talking and we allow and encourage him to have more friends out of the TROOF than in.
the friends at school and the gym treat him so much better.

Great name UFCFan......go thru the motions....this too will pass. once you get old enough break away. if you get shunned for leaving my family or friends...then they never were family or friends.
like someone said....,make friends out of the hall.
I refuse to have friends in the hall....i barely talk to anyone. you know why??????because they are fake people.
this too will pass.

km august 2014, page 3 paragraph 6(article for this week's service meeting):.
"the month of october 2014 will see the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the kingdom.
for this occasion a special edition of the watchtower will be on this theme.".
marked....JW's are so lost
so today's study is all about being kindly, and not judgemental to those in the congregation....we don't know their circumstances etc.... i can't believe the hypocrisy being spewed out...both in the article and by means of the answers from the audience!.
we know the reality is so different!
unless a witness does everything exactly as the gb directs...in every aspects of life, they are effectively no longer a good person, but are viewed as spiritually lacking or weak..... they are going directly beyond the biblical directives, and being ones who condemn, rather than ones who commend!.
Touche' oneeyedjoe! touche'....
I am also glad to see that my wife is not the only wife that is asleep or affraid to have there own opionion in this whole mess.
funny thing happened an jui jitsu class "lol" yep i still do martial arts...never stopped and never will. the instructor was talking about getting in
a bad hold... and he made a comparison to have a bad relationship with a girl.
he said you have two options:
1. Tapout if you see no way out!
2. if you see a way to get out of the hold that you got yourself stuck in and need to get better position. your going to have to work your ass off, it's going to hurt like hell. but in the end your position may put you in place where you could win the match.
jui jitsu is just like chess and us who are in relationships with JW significant others is the same. play a chess game and always think before you move to get position.
as in jui jitsu we say position before submission...this applies to our situation.
God Bless all and stay close to Jesus!

Good topic stuck.... I was thinking the same as you throught the meeting. What a joke and fake people.
What about Romans 14;1-4
14 Welcome the [man] having weaknesses+ in [his] faith, but not to make decisions on inward+ questionings. 2 One [man] has faith to eat everything,+ but the [man] who is weak eats vegetables. 3 Let the one eating not look down on the one not eating,+ and let the one not eating not judge the one eating, for God has welcomed that one. 4 Who are you to judge the house servant of another?+ To his own master he stands or falls.+ Indeed, he will be made to stand, for Jehovah* can make him stand.+
Not to judge.......fake ass people. They will abondon you at the cliff

- it's amazing to track the confusion and stupidity contained in wt articles.
- in only one watchtower you can find multiple contradictory statements, and representations of truth that are simply lies made up on the fly.
- as an example the nov,15 2014 wt has the following quotes : -.
Marked
in the 80's it became a trend to put the wt logo on the front of the speakers podium where others put a cross.
i always hated that and spoke against it to the body of elders.
i shut up and it was put there anyway untill a km came down that said not to do it.
blondie, you amaze me with your knowledge. My hats off to you!!!
on the other note.....i walked into the hall last week and saw some sheeple wearing the jw.org pin. and i thought. "how is this different than wearing a cross? at least a cross has christ on it!"
