I am confused? are they saying you could ask or apply for a loan? like a bank? for what purpose do they want to give money. i could see them asking you to take a loan from a bank and giving the money to them. which wouldn't suprise me. but, giving a loan.

but, with this cult...nothing suprises me. I will tell you what, they have my wife hoodwinked.

she believes with all her heart it's the truth....she is willing to destroy her family for it.

i am proud to be a jehovah's witness in the last days, what religion has done this much to proclaim the message about the organization?

other religions are preaching about jesus, some wear the crucifixion, other's wear shirts with fishes but we wear shirts with jw.org!

after the general small talk of new cars, exotic vacations and sports we often get into the "why" we are xjubs.

he is a well educated publisher who holds a phd in child psychology.

as a baby-boomer, i went through the pre-1975 bs without giving it any credence.. even as a youngster, my mind said: "if jesus said that no man knows the day or hour, then why the h is everyone saying that a is coming in oct.

" and i left as a teen.. for whatever insane reason, i was convinced to return a number of years later, and sadly, got dunked.. major faux pas.. in previous posts, i have mentioned my endearing love of great rock (god bless rock and roll), esp.

my teen faves bto, etc.. attending this concert ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yukhsmphvvo ) and watching fred turner's fingers drive me crazy, as one of my children has music in his soul and the fingers of a protege.. i hate that this cult destroys the orgasmic satisfaction that comes from the giving and receiving of pleasure from each others' developed or natural talents or gifts.. god bless rock and roll.. .

so, now that nearly all of the past knowledge that jw's has had is slowly being deleted, how does anyone do any research on any subject?.

meetings are pretty boring as it is, all they do is parrot the society's writings.. how is this going to work?

i have to wonder , what point is the service meeting , once you know how to walk up to a door and hand someone a magazine.

from what i am gathering what you are saying. all the old stuff is gone. the JWombie is not allowed to go out side the box and do research. so they are limited to what the JWombie controllers give them. so in essence this is a new level of brainwashing.

I just wonder how the old timers are going to cope with the high level of Cognitive Disonance.

when i look at the front page of this site i wish there was a count for new members that joined.

that day, the month or even quartly.. the jdubs always brag about new members and how many are getting baptized.

but, yet they are still under 8 million with probably about half actually attending meetings.

i am convince that the jdubs use the low I.Qed jwombies to do there math for them...it's funny to see the sheeple shake there heads in agreement that more people are joining just like when they say that there website is the most visited "OMG, and they believe it..LOLOLOL".

but you look around and it's the same old faces.

anyways....my vote is for a new member number counter. it would be so encouraging for all us apostates.

France - Bethel extension project

hi everyone, fyi :.

at the mid week meeting we had a letter, and a video to explain the extension project for the french bethel for the next 3.5 years.

the video was 5min long, in 3d (nice job in fact...) to show the future buildings for flats and offices (translation, video dubbing...).

If Armagedon is coming any day now....then why are they building? this is always a question I have. Why not just put all you energy and money in preaching?
