Is this new donation arrangement for real?

just read a post on jwsurvey about the new donation arrangement.

congregations are to pledge a monthly amount to be sent to the society to fund the building of assembly halls and kingdom halls.

congregations who already have a loan from the society will no longer have to pay back the loan but the amount pledged should not be less than the current monthly repayments to the society.

The need for Kingdom Halls and Assembly Halls is greater than ever before.

Well I guess with the WT Corporation's flipping real estate business model this statement is technically true.

At this time, over 13,000 Kingdom Hall projects and 35 Assembly Hall projects are needed worldwide.

Notice the qualifier 'needed' which begs the question who determines this 'need' and the answer is: The Delusional Governing Body.

Much of this need is in parts of the world where the cost of property and building materials is high. A tremendous amount of funds is needed to care for this work. However, we are confident that Jehovah will provide what is needed by your generous support.

Yes the corporation sock puppet Jehovah will provide by your generous support. What a bunch of clowns these guys are in their leaps of logic. Well they have a fantasy to indulge in for the Corporation's benifit.

Time and again we have seen this take place. For example, it has been 24 years since we began offering literature under the donation arrangement, yet Jehovah’s blessing on this adjustment has been obvious.

Wow talk about seeing things that defy logic and are totally conditional upon one's own delusions of the invisible as if it was real. They have some serious problems with seeing the writing on the wall so to speak. Thier ability to interpet events past and prsent is seriously flawed and is heavily dominated by confirmation bias.

Yes of course they are confident while in their delusional state, hey they even think they are directing (god almighty)God's earthly Organization called The Watchtower Bible and Tract Society, so such confidence is merely part of the delusion they are in so basically their cause for confidence is not on very solid ground and is a result of wishful thinking that this scam is for real and Jehovah the corporation sock puppet rubber stamps everything that they do with his approval.

well i think it is safe to say that when push comes to shove and they need money the governing body will start selling these buildings.

now maybe this new pledgeing money on a regular monthly basis and robbing the congregation's of their bank accounts that are higher than three month running cost might forestall the sale of kingdom halls in the immediate future probably or most likely.. but when the going get tuff they will be selling them right out from under the publishers who paid for them.

this will be tramatic to many when this occures, any way word will spread no matter how much they try to stop it.

Well I'm thinking the Kingdom halls with the lowest donations for the WT Corporation get chosen first, they don't want to upset the high rollers but those poor congregations that yeild small returns piss them off first make them travel 50 miles to get to a meeting why care if they stop going at all because they ain't contributing it also may serve to make some Congregations start uping their pledge amount once they see the patern(low contribtion to the WT your Hall goes up for sale) and put 2 and 2 together.

.. the new wbt$ donation arrangement/ jw kingdom hall bank account theft... is a very hot topic right now... the wbt$ is literally going to clean out kingdom hall bank accounts,filled with donations from jws... that theft is going to happen world wide..the wbt$ is going to steal from 7 million plus jw`s... .. we have jw elders here on jwn,that know whats going on... they "serve" in kingdom halls,they are "supposed" to be looking after the welfare of the average jw... they know there is a 4 page letter,only one page will be read to the congregation..the rest will be kept secret... they know the wbt$ is about to steal jw donations..on a world wide scale!!!...

.. i would like to know what you active jw elders are going to do about this??!!...

are you going to let "your" congregation know about the other 3 secret pages?...

It doesn't take an elder who knows 'rocket science' to see that the rank and file's hard earned dollars are being robbed from them and that most kingdom hall refurbashing accounts have been whiped clean and stolen by the GB, all because you can't and ain't allowed to disobey directives from Faithful and Discreet Slave without serious repercussions.

Some may rationalized it all as a good thing that the WT corporation got the cash but those are the real brain dead whackos that don't have a mind of their own and have swallowed WT propaganga hook, line, and sinker. But I suppose that a good percentage see the thievery involved what that will cause them to do? That's a personal decision, and I'm sure a major crossroad in one's life.

You can be sure this robbery will be the begining of the end as far as any contributions are concerned. This is a bold and very stupid move by these delusional men running things this one is going to bit them in the ass big time pledge or no pledged, they put too much pressure on these people and they will crack.

This money grab has got to make it harder and harder for people inside the WT. Add to this massive lay-off and forced retirement with almost no benifits of District and Circiut Overseer's, Bethelites, and probably even Missionaries show to what lengths the GB will go to save and collect money. This Corporation must be the worst Corporation to work for or donate to with no finacial statements, no transparency, and no idea where it all goes.

Not very impressive, I guess when God's Kingdom finally does take over the world we can expect a similar outcome, more books, some crummy tracts, and a restoration of God's name with the correct pronunciation spoken by the king of this kingdom itself, as far as anything really practical well that is another story, as told by the spin doctors called the Governing Body.

the regional (as opposed to the international conventions) will have numerous video monitors all around.

And maybe a little GB rivalry as to which one is the greatest in the Corporation's kingdom of rank and file members. Or maybe they each got their own pet peve that they would like to hammer on so as to pass on their thought viruses reguarding some fantacy of theirs.

Anyway I bet they all think they are super stars for having made it to the top organizationally. I'm sure they all have an inflated view of their abilities that help them climb to the top of the corporation ladder. Either way it should be interesting what will come out of these loose cannons. Perhaps more Xenophobic words about leaving members, and then some warnings about the evils of a good education, perhaps a likening of it to brain surgery with a hand gun or some other type of inappropriate illustration to prove the point of the speaking loonie.
