I admit I am very sceptical,,,now that I have come out of the JW's and more recently,,, come to understand that jehovah nothing more than a myth.

I understand all of us desire to want to know what is both outside and inside us,,I still desire it but,, have come to more peace,,with learning how to lessen that desire,,, for even the zen masters say you can't find it by searching,,for it,,it just has to show itself to you when you are not looking. I think this is good way for me to work at cooling any desire to know. I try on purpose sometimes to be indifferent to this desire. Not easy,,,LOL

That is why I am curious,, but not very curious,, because if I stop looking(ego-driven) maybe it will come up from behind and kick me square in the but. LOL!

Anyway keep searching if you want,,, I wish you the best,,,but be careful,, and don't beleive what some claims to be true without enough proof. I think you are very clever,,, you will find your way,, may it not be too bumpy,,, green peace sista.

O and don't be to upset about Abandon he is really a good guy,, and is very good at discernment,,,,I think he meant no harm. He may be a little sensitive about these subjects because of his quick and very analitical mind,,, and if you can get past his up frontness,, maybe there may be something in his post that may help you. It's funny how once you come to understand jehovah is nothing more than,, a soon to be,,, "out dated myth",,, that we can now with easy spot all the tell tale signs,,, in the bible that prove ,,,this jehovah guy is only a concept of human imagination,,,they are just so numerous.

I think you make a very valid point.

Of coarse we,, would be hard press to fight you logic,,with logic,,,and so we would need to fight it with illogic,,,and then the picture some how,,, become all so clear,,,a bit fuzzy around the edges but clear through the funnel of illogical thinking.

I usually am not in the mood to write unless I'm feeling good,, which a puff here and a puff their thru out the day allow me to function with remarkable clearity sometimes. I think my subconscious is taking over my ego to a large degree.

I find that emotions deep down come to the surface,, sometimes very intense,,in the begining anyway,,they were scary,, now they are mostly,,loving and not as intense emotionally,,as I have felt the need to shed any anger,,, though knowing that everything,,, is exactly as it should be,, and natural,,, giving up beleif in jehovah has been very theraputic.

I usually smoke,, I almost hate drinking,, I can tolerate maybe 2 beers and I get all bloated,,and feel like crap,, so I may have a beer when it gets really hot other wise I'm eating alot of healthfood,,taking regularly on an empty stomach Alpha-Lipoic acid,,green tea,,L-carnitine(liquid),,and Glutithione.. maybe 3-6 times a day. Try it you would like it,,it is very anti-ageing.

The psychological harm and physical violence and tragedy that belief in a god like Jehovah has brought into the world is immeasurable. It is spiritual rape at it's worst. If I am not mistaken, I feel that Frankie is responding to that and is expressing himself the best he can..

This time you are right on the money. Sometimes a little shock tactic might jar someone to realize something that they just can't seem to focus on and you need to take a least direct path to fool the vigilent ego to allow it to slip by into the much more powerful and intelligent subconcious,, This may explain my behavoir to you,, for I think you might understand better than the rest at this point.
