Our hall isn't empty but it def isn't growing. Just very stagnant. And very old. Extrapolate out 20 years and the Borg is in major trouble. -

I've been meaning to ask what other terms are used for lawyers in the US
by barry inive been for holidays to california and i didn't get in trouble with the law but there is a question i would like to put to our american friends are there other names you use for a lawyer.. here in australia mostly a lawyer is called a solicitor and i herd of a businessman who visited the states.
he went to an event where there were a lot of lawyers and he called the lawyers solicitors.
his american friends thought he meant prostitutes.

while i'm working on this, can someone here do me a favor and look up the peak publisher figures reported by watchtower for the australian branch for each of the years from 2005 through 2014?

Very interesting info. I wonder what the difference between 1st and 3rd world countries would be As far as abuse numbers. I would expect it to be higher in 3rd world countries but under reported.
It seems that in every case you used the most moderate numbers possible. with that in mind the actual numbers most likely exceed your analysis. Thanks for your hard work You obviously have a knack for number crunching.

Stupid waste of time. Even in rural areas they are setting up. They are at expressway rest stops in our circuit. I have heard of zero results beyond placing some literature. About the same amount of success as DtoD work. -

Will the Watchtower ever turn against K-12 public education?
by cappytan inwhen i was in school, you never heard about critical thinking skills...not till you started taking college level courses.. i work closely with the public education community.
now, the big rage in public education is instilling critical thinking skills from kindergarten on up.. and i'm in texas!
imagine what it's like in more liberal areas.. i would not be surprised if the watchtower started denigrating and discouraging public education (k-12).. it would likely start like this: .

Caleb and Sophia both go to school. If the Borg wanted to push home school that would of been the perfect opportunity. It's always been said that school is the dub kids personal territory to preach in. Regardless many Dubs in the Midwest do homeschooling. I figure at least 50% in our circuit are Home schooled. -

I know of several that get the stipend. Similar to a special pioneer. One is an ex bethelite and one is an ex-CO. It's not a lot. Also I believe that If someone from the local Congo where u go gives you a place to live this is taken into account and your stipend is lowered. The ex bethelite is expected to put in special pioneer hours but the ex-CO is not due to his age. -
