  Massive Destruction of Judicial Files Ordered by By Servce Department?

  These records are supposed to be destroyed after 7 years I believe.

  This is true with the exception of child abuse cases which are retained indefinitely. So records of child abuse is not being destroyed. However getting those records to court is another thing altogether.

  Elder On Tablet During Prayer

  during a prayer in the kh all our eyes are supposed to be closed, right?

  i've never been one to fully my eyes during prayers.

  i'll close them down, but just enough that i can still peep around at what's happening without being noticed.. there's something i've noticed a certain elder doing for the second time now.

  Bowed head and closed eyes not required but most do it as a sign of humility/respect. Attendants are to remain alert at all times even during prayer. This is emphasized more at larger gatherings like memorial and assemblies. There is a recent article dealing with some of this especially the hugging and holding of hands during prayer. I haven't read it just heard about it on a previous post and looked up the image in the article.

  The kh fund was and still is presented as there to build khs for more needy congs. But the truth is all congs have to pay for their khs. Does anyone actually know of a kh built for a group of JWs for free? Just the opposite, some still don't have a kh or ah even after getting the $$$ in advance.

  When ever they say it is a conscience manner their just giving their members the illusion of making their own decisions when in fact they have been programmed to follow unwritten rules. If not followed they will be marked as weak ones in the congregation and will be dealt with accordingly.
