  Is it morally wrong to put Watchtower behind?

  with our latest and final run in with the elders, the wife and i had a very long talk about what's next in our life.

  do we try to help others see the light as it were concerning watchtower or do we just let it go and move on with our life?

  we have made it perfectly clear that we will never go back to watchtower and we are finally happy.

  Centralized Trolley purchases are not really a bad idea,

  Other big franchises such as McDonald's have been engaged in mass

  scale bulk buying for decades,

  And this group, regardless of the sincerity here, is a religious franchise,

  A lot of companies out there are vieing for the big JW.org bucks, it'a baby

  Vatican!!

  So, (tongue in cheek) why not make major bulk purchases of iPads and

  iPhones (made in China) and give all but especially poor brothers a price

  break!!

  Then force brothers to buy theirs from them as they do (by intimidation)

  with Hotels and NOT Subway sandwiches at Conventions TM

  Just sayin,

  This is a mighty captive buying audience,

  Don't you think that they should at least be getting a price break,

  Especially in Africa where folks don't even have clean water,

  Hi,

  I guess I need some help here as,

  A few years ago there were these Contribution Boxes everywhere that said WORLDWIDE WORK Matt 24:14,

  I understand that was replaced by requisited Congregation extortion I mean donations,

  Now doesn't this Trolley Work have something to do with Matthew 24:14?

  So shouldn't all this be put together in some JW compound, (as labour there is pretty much free/volunteer/slave and so costs should be very competitive with that of China,

  Now, isn't this the sort of thing that the Matthew 24:14 donations are supposed to be for: PREACHING THE GOOD NEWS???

  What am I missing?

  I have to paraphrase, but doesn't the scripture say "do good toward

  All and especially toward those related to us in the faith" WHAT

  HAPPENED TO "ALL"?

  sitting in a theater watching the new star trek flick.. they were searching for god and found him...or did they?.

  okay, so i have a friend that still interacts with my family.

  she is going through some difficult times, so i suggested she just read some of psalms.

  she became a little agitated and said she would just listen to the mags.

  The last Witness nonsense heard was among other things (spread by

  local elders): Jeopardy question had New World Translation at World's

  Most Accurate Bible (never happened I checked)

  From past times,

  One CO said that a popular hamburger chain had blood in their hamburger,

  Another CO said that "direction from Society" was that at every door we

  start with: Hello, we're Jehovah's Witnesses" THIS GUY ACTUALLY LIED

  TO THE CONGREGATION
  

  Definitely a lot of abuse of authority,

  What I found amusing was a long time elder relating that on a recent CO

  visit the CO said how he was sick of elders asking for him to verify

  his instructions in writing from the Society,

  I'm hearin' a bit of a credibility gap lol

  Do you believe that Jehovah is using the Organization today?

  any elder has never asked me that question so far but i want to be prepared to answer that question if any of them ask me that question in the future.

  i hope that they will never ask me that question.

  any suggestions on how to answer that question would be very much appreciated.
