Yeah. I guess its a possibility. They just all seem so rooted in it though. I've made hints of comments about blatant things that are out of sorts with the organization. I am always rebuffed for it, so that's why I have my doubts.

Seriously considering stepping down as Elder
by fader77 ini have been an elder for 6 years.
it's been the last 2 years or so that i've really seen the hypocrisy, but the ability to know the shenanigans of the society through the body of elders letters has kind of kept me in there.
i'm to the point now that i can't stand the hatred and bitterness that the body of elders has towards myself and my whole family.

My family will never leave it. Trust me. I'm 3rd generation. 3rd generation from both sides of my family

I tried searching for the audio of his talk. I found the dialogue of people discussing his exit, but I haven't found the link to hear it. If anyone know's where it is and wouldn't mind linking it here I'd appreciate it. Thanks

It's just soooo difficult knowing you'll lose all your family and friends. I realize I'm not telling you all something you don't know, but I'm just not as brave a you all maybe. Idk. I just know I can't stay pretending to be an elder.

Because we have lived in the congregation so long maybe. I dont know really. Some of them get along with us really well, but the body is mostly composed of related people, and that family doesnt like us. So hypocritical though. I want out so bad, but my family is so strong with it, and I'd be without anyone if I left completely. I gotta play the game to some degree, but being an Elder is too much. I'm done with it.

I have been an elder for 6 years. I have no desire to be any part of them, even for the benefits of being in the know about the craziness of the organization. I am now to the point I am seriously considering stepping down. Hell part of me wanted to announce myself as no longer one of JW when I had my service meeting part tonight lol. I wonder if anyone has ever announced themself lol. In any case, I am at such a low point in life, and I know it's just the poison of being connected with it all. I have contributed a couple of letters here on the forum, but I'm afraid I may not be able to do that anymore. I'm just done putting up with all their bull shit. The elder body is the biggest bunch of hypocritical, hatred filled group of men I have ever seen.

TO ALL BODIES OF ELDERS
Re: Notification of Disfellowshipping or Disassociation
Dear Brothers:
This is to inform you that a revised Notification of Disfellowshipping or Disassociation
(S-77) form has been prepared. Please note the following significant adjustments from the previous
version of the form:
In most cases, it will not be necessary to provide a summary of the case. If anything of
significance regarding the case needs to be shared with the branch office, it should be
provided in a separate letter. If an individual appeals a judicial decision, a brief summary
should be sent to the Service Department only when (1) the two committees disagree or
(2) the individual does not accept the decision.
It will no longer be necessary to provide the individual’s judicial history.
It will no longer be necessary for the committee members to sign the form. Rather, their
names should simply be entered in the appropriate fields.
The branch office will no longer return a copy of the S-77 form to the congregation.
On reinstatement, the chairman of the committee should write the date of reinstatement
on the congregation’s copy of the S-77 form. He should then send a message to
the Service Department including the person’s (1) full name; (2) date of birth; and (3)
date of baptism; along with (4) the date the reinstatement was announced. (The S-77
form itself should not be sent.) The same information should be provided by a member
of the committee if the individual dies, except that the date of death should be
provided rather than the date of reinstatement.
In view of the adjustments described in this letter, each elder should make the following notations
in his copy of the Shepherding textbook:
In chapter 8, paragraph 10, cross out the last two sentences and write in the margin: “If
the original committee agrees with the new grounds, they should adjust the S-77
form, announce the disfellowshipping, and submit the form to the branch office. The
appeal committee’s brief summary should be retained in the confidential file along
with a copy of the S-77 form and the brief summary of the original committee.”
In chapter 8, paragraph 13, cross out the existing sentences and replace with the following:
“The original committee should submit the completed S-77 form to the branch office.
The appeal committee’s brief summary should be retained in the confidential
file along with a copy of the S-77 form and the brief summary of the original committee.”
In chapter 8, paragraph 18, cross out the last four sentences and write in the margin: “On
the other hand, if both committees now agree not to disfellowship the individual, the appeal
committee should inform him of the final decision in the presence of the judicial

committee. The appeal committee’s brief summary should be retained in the confidential

Expressions on faces at DC/RC
by BU2B ini have become more observant at the last couple district conventions of jws faces and enthusiasm and it seems to be very somber.
i remember a couple of years ago i was an attendant at one of the upper sections at the blue cross arena in rochester, ny and in afternoon session at least half were curled up with their eyes closed, some with blankets.
the applause seems very forced and mechanical.

well the toe cleavage is nice, but I like seeing the soles and all of the toes. I stared at one sister's feet in sandals one time at a convention. She caught me, and pulled both her sandals off and started waving her feet, wiggling her toes around and facing her soles toward me and giggling a bit. It was so obvious she knew what she was doing. She did it for over an hour. Let's just say that time I had to make a trip to the restroom to clean myself up .

yeah looking at the sisters skin has always been what has helped me make it through the convention. I especially like to watch the barefoot sisters when they take their shoes off and I always hope that one behind me has her foot up by my face where I can see it good when I turn a bit. I have quite a foot fetish so I love watching all the pretty toes during the convention.
