I guess it's just general politeness and manners, RubaDub.
Saying "I'm just going to spend a penny" is much nicer than saying "I've got turtle-neck - I'm just going to take a hot, steaming dump".
And "I just need to powder my nose" is so much nicer than "I've just hit the pad with my Devil's Waterfall - it's worse than the school prom scene from Carrie (1976) down here!"

Doctor Sleep
by Simon insaw the movie yesterday and, wow - it was good.. it's a follow-up to the shinning, an iconic movie, and it just has the same feel to it not least because some of it ends up set back at the same hotel and has the same kind of camera angles and scenes plus the haunting soundtrack.
it actually starts with the mom and the kid living after they survived the experience in the original movie.. it wasn't what i was expecting, i thought it was going to just be a cash-in, but it wasn't - not just more of the same, instead it actually built in the original and expanded on what 'the shinning' was.. if you like suspenseful movies but not just a gore-fest, i give it a thumbs up..

', or similar).. but, i'd just like to start a thread about certain songs giving me goosebumps.
y'know, when you hear a song that profoundly effects you in some difficult-to-describe way and the hairs on your arm stand on end even though the room temperature's comfortably warm.. so, which songs give you goosebumps?.

by Crazyguy2 ini found out just last night that back in 2015 scientists discovered a piece of amber estimated to be over 15 million years old.
inside the amber was a flea, very similar to the size and kind that attack and eat our blood today.
whats even more astonishing is in the mouth they found bacteria that has the same make up as bubonic plague.
