I read "Kingdom of the Cults" in the 1989 and stopped attending off and on for a period of time. That book tossed me around, I kept it a secret from my family, I spoke with one of my siblings who knew this was a Cult back in 1975. What if I had figured out this was a Cult back in 1989? Would I have come back to the Organization, was I too young to understand the implications of what Dr. Walter Martin's thoughts were? He had Ray Franz's materials in one of his books, all I could think was "Say it is not so!". I felt so helpless and dead inside back than, now I am happy to see so many people realize along with us, there is hope after this fraud!

Today's WT study! So hypocritical!

we know the reality is so different!
unless a witness does everything exactly as the gb directs...in every aspects of life, they are effectively no longer a good person, but are viewed as spiritually lacking or weak..... they are going directly beyond the biblical directives, and being ones who condemn, rather than ones who commend!.

The sad fact is many of the JWs in my Kingdom Hall were highlighting their Magazine trying to finish before the Microphone Runner made it to their seat! Nobody noticed the BS because they did not have time to reflect on what was written, you all are the only ones who studied the lesson!
When the Watchtower Conductor has trouble trying to extract anything from the Study Edition for "The Spiritually Impaired", guess he did not put in his "four hours of pre-study" he claimed to do each week to help bring out all the gems from the Magazine.

If you read their BOE Letters and their offical guidelines look for the little "qualifier" that state's "Jehovah's Witness Elders will comply with the law of the land when they require it, this might vary from State by State, so you must call the Watchtower's Legal Department to see if you can call the Police!"
