Faded from about two years ago. Definately gone.
( unless I recieve "New Light", then all bets are off )
1 - still think it's the truth ...came to this site cause danger is your middle name.. 2 - concerned, smoething's amiss but still believe.
3 - 98% sure it's bs, but still go for / with family.
4 - anger / denial, inactive with minimal attendance (ie memorial, spec talk etc).

i come here to learn, but i also come here because it feels like a private club and i'm privy to be a member of the "in" crowd.
it's a great place to socialize.
does anyone else feel that they are a member of a special "club" when they come here, that only some people in this world will understand the jw world?.
Leaving the Watchtower was one of the most difficult and painful experiences I have ever faced in life.
I come here every day to veryify that I have not made the wrong choice by waking up.
i finally removed my md card from my wallet yesterday.. although we were encouraged to create a new card annually, i had an internal hesitation, and a lack of enthusiam for it, as well as the meaningless cards for my kids.. the card that was pulled from my wallet was dated 1994. i obviously had some unconscious, if not conscious, problems with the borg, maybe with the 1995 generations bs.. did others stop updating their cards long before exiting?.

I bet signing and maintaining one's "Advanced Medical Directives" is near the top of the list of first things stopped by nearly everyone that leaves.
Wouldn't be surprised if it was done subconsiously by most, either.

i am still in & gradually fading.
i have always wondered why alot of jw's that i know are really into alot of sci-fi stuff like star wars, i robot, x-men stuff etc.
i mean they take it another level with this fantasy stuff.
When I first started studying in '88, the older couple were very vocal about how wrong Star Trek was.
I should have bailed...

The Matrix should be "required viewing".
apparently the .org site is getting 1200 bible study requests per day.
well that's what they claim anyway.
dos anyone think this is true?.
No chance.
I was "listening in" on the phone as my still in wife was.
They said "3200" for the campaign as an announcement.
all this campaign going on got me to thinking, a normal person having received a tract about the jw website, would they only go to that one website if they were in any way interested?
would they really not click on any links that would also appear about jw's?
would they really not read about them from other sources too?.
I'll have you know "they" just announced that 3600 people have asked for personal visits from the web campaign...
Yes, 3600!
They didn't have the nerve to say if this was worldwide or not...
I don't know how that's supposed to be impressive.
