I recently asked a jw I know I oz about the commission. He brushed it off and said that it didn't get much press coverage in oz? Is this right I wonder?

up family)there's huge similarities between the borg and individual members of the cong as well i've noticed.the over whelming love of self, the need to believe in a grandiose fictional version of themselves, always striving for more power and wealth, being unable to stand any criticism, and then there's the manipulation of the victims too.i could be wrong i guess but what thoughts do you guys have about it?

I've recently started to research NPD. Having identified several of my family members as having it ( no wonder we're such a ¿***#@**!!!! Up family)
There's huge similarities between the Borg and individual members of the Cong as well I've noticed.
The over whelming love of self, the need to believe in a grandiose fictional version of themselves, always striving for more power and wealth, being unable to stand any criticism, and then there's the manipulation of the victims too.
I could be wrong I guess but what thoughts do you guys have about it? -

Rivalry among the sisters
by Esmeralda001 inwhen i was first introduced to the "truth", i was so distracted by the love and affection that the members were showing me that i was ready to convert into the religion without thinking twice.
i was conviced that jws were god's people (i still think some of them are).
i made it my goal to get baptized as i wanted to be part of the "only" religion that produce such good people.

I totally agree with you! The sisters can be real bitches to eachother. Possibly because they are so cramped and unhappy in their own lives so they set about making eachother unhappy.
There was once this holier than thou pioneer sister who never stopped boasting about how poor she was because she pioneered. Anyway she used to constantly ask me how much I earnt, was the outfit I was wearing new? How much had it cost? And all so that she could scornfully say to me that she couldn't afford stuff like that because she pioneered!!

What would happen if you started calling jw's "sheep" rather than brother or sister?

I'm I the only one who finds peter Andre really creepy, cheesy and slimly?
by purrpurr inin the uk the bbc show strictly come dancing has this season been plagued by the greasy slime ball that is peter andre.. for those who are fortunate enough to not know who he is, he's a one hit wonder, married a model with extremely plastic front bits, now to be found on what ever z list tv programmes will have him, he advertises for the supermarket iceland which is where the chavs go to shop, he is extremely in love with himself oh and he was brought up a jw.. thankfully tonight common sense has prevailed and the stupid twat has been booted off the show!.
or does anyone else feel the same?.
btw can you tell... i really don't like him?

Stan live death did you know he did a charity event and demanded so much money as a appearance fee that the charity event ended up having a deficit rather than having raised any money for the charity and in the end the organiser had to dip into her own pocket to pay him! -

how apropos.. yesterday i encountered a car group of witnesses in my community as i was coming home from the gym.
actually, their van was blocking me from entering my driveway.
