Questions they ask when I crossed the Canada US border

i crossed the border and drove into the us yesterday, and here are a few questions he asked me.. the first question he asked me was, what's your nationality.....thats sounds normal.

then he asked, where are you going?

How many meetings could you miss in a row and no questions asked?

how many consecutive meetings could you miss without the elders making a funny face next time they saw you?.

usually if i missed 3 meetings in a row or if the elders didn't see me for a whole week, it would show on their face at the next meeting.. then if i attended 3 in a row, their smiles came back.

i swore sometimes, got me and a mate drunk, copied software e.t.c (caesars things to caesar), celebrated a birthday/christmas or two...went against some stuff we were told not to do in the young people ask book...erm.... how about you?

a little prayer for my hubby and i would be greatly appreciated.... grandma passed away last night battling cancer...we stayed by her side to the end... she was a lovely lady...we will miss her tremendously... i could go on forever on, how young she was at heart....... many thanks,.

a little prayer for my hubby and i would be greatly appreciated.... grandma passed away last night battling cancer...we stayed by her side to the end... she was a lovely lady...we will miss her tremendously... i could go on forever on, how young she was at heart....... many thanks,.

Grandmother's (and gfathers) hold a special place in our lives. I miss my grammy so much, but have wonderful memories of her.

I will have a lot of memories....thanks....I also called my grandmother grammy when I was younger.....

my grandmother passed in 1971 and i still cry about it.

Shows us how close you were to her as well.....I am sure the tears will flow for a while...thank-you....

My fondest memories are spending summers at my grandparents'

These have to be my fondest memories as well....Those visits with one or two other cousins from other families were the best...Gram would have all 3 of us hiking for hours and then having the best meals afterwards with her amazing homemade treats, and then finally a hot bath with a long story read to us.....God, I am going to miss her...Thanks for your kind words......

My New Job

just had to share this one with you.... i was offered a job on the next series of survivor, working with the cast and crew for 3 months during the shoot.

i thought i was going to have to turn it down because misspeaches wedding is in the middle of it, turns out, they might be able to give me work for 6 weeks instead of the full time, fingers crossed, that would be awesome!!
