That's why I dig Quaker weddings. moment of silence, then the vows, and then the cake.
i guess this is a wide-ranging topic, but as a starter for ten i wanted to ask about the issue of support and where we accept it from.. for those of us (most of us here) who have lost friends, family, beliefs, etc., probably one of the things we could most do with is a little support.
the flip side of the coin, however, is that we often have deeply implanted triggers and prejudices about what we will tolerate.
one of these surrounds religion (from the salvation army to the red cross) and another around mental health services.

it is a huge store, groceries, a bakery, mc donalds, a bank , eye center, beauty shop, a great deli, and a huge garden center.
i had taken back a 80 gig hard drive dvd recorder ( i couldn't figure out how to hook up <smile> and had received 238.00. i picked up a couple of things in the store then went to the deli.
Sometimes, the lottery balls of life just fall in your favor.
Cool, though, that you got your loot back.
how many of you here have pictures with you and famous or well-known hollywood actors?.
i was going through my pictures and i came across a few..... so, i will start a fluff thread and hopefully, we will get to see some of our favorite stars with a legendary poster!!!!.

I've met:
Jennifer Garner as I was leaving a Subway in Boulder
Ken Griffey Jr.
Eddie Sutton
Barry Switzer. I was shooting the 2001 Oklahoma-Oklahoma State game, and he checked my passes. Then, the Campus Cop came back and he and I walked down the ramp to the field together. You can't get much higher on the Oklahoma Olympus.
Dennis Rodman. Really laid back, and a big tipper.
Carmen Electra. Holy Christ, she is three times more beautiful in person. And I made her laugh.
how much truth within the organization?

They're a stricter, less social, more dogmatic offshoot of seventh-day adventists. That should help answer (if you know much about the 7DA)

You could also order a Bas Rutten DVD. Whoa.
for us soccer/football fans, i've been wasting about and hour a day on this:.
it's a management sim, where you set lineups, transfer players, invest in the staff, call up youth players and play in league and friendly matches.. i know i sound like an ad, but this game is just too much fun, and you only have to really check in every few days (but i'm hooked, so it's a bit more often for me).
just fyi: my team is the tulsa badgers, id#223929.
FODN: Don't worry about him monopolizing the computer...It's not that time consuming (most look at it 5 mins. a day, except on match days.)
on saturday, september 9th, 2006 i will be running my first 5k (3 miles) race in the freedom run (www.freedomrun.com).
we start running at 8:30 am.
there will also be a 1 mile walk for anyone who wants to support the cause but is not up to running three miles.
I had to wade through about 20 pics of what looked like some Classic Rock station barbecue, but I finally saw you! Thinner, no less!
Congrats, David! Now, carry a whistle and a red card and you can do what I do.

Cystema. But, You'd have to find some old Russian who was in the Soviet Special Forces.
i know we have some exjw's on the board that are from michigan.
but what i'm wondering is if anyone here would remember a story that came out of the brighton, michigan area about 15 - 20 years ago.. apparently a young woman da'ed and then some time later was (if my memory serves me correctly) killed in a car accident.
i believe her parent's da'ed soon after.
Aztec was, but she's in Colorado with me now...
