I get asked out here and there. I usually turn the guys down. I've had bad experience with the guys thinking they are in love with me almost immediately. Infatuation is maybe fun, but also scary.

by Band on the Run inlaw school is obviously not the hardest program to follow.
it isn't something that can be replicated on the internet.

A lot of us do think teachers should be paid well, especially the gifted ones.

I don't remember you being as upset all the time as you have been lately. If it's all caused by JWN, then heck yeah, take a break or leave for your own sake. If it bothered me so much to be reading and posting at JWN, but the rest of my life was good, I'd leave, too. Take care and enjoy the fruits of all of your hard work and study. Enjoy life. Don't let anything continue to bring you down. Wishing you lots of good fortune and happiness and success in your personal and private life.

Thing is I want a geuine relationship a women with whom I can feel connected with. But maybe it is not meant to be because I get too scared and feel that they would laugh at me.
What kind of interests do you have? What are you hobbies? What do you enjoy?

We have to accept that just like us, other people have things they are attracted to and things they are repelled by. You may ask someone out and you just not be her type. Then the next person you ask out might find you interesting enough to go out with. I was a cute kid when I was in high school. I hardly got asked out. When I have run into guys I knew back in high school, they say, "Man, I had the biggest crush on you." I'm like, "Why didn't you tell me? I was sitting home on the weekends or out with friends. I would have went out with you." They always reply, "You were so attractive that I was sure you wouldn't take a second look at me." Keep asking, eventually someone will say yes.

Wisdom, they have eased up somewhat with adding the bookstudy to the ministry school and service meeting and reducing days at conventions. Maybe they've done so out of survival instinct, wanting to keep they numbers that still attend. I don't dream that they will ease up on their cultish mind control approach, but they might if they understood how many thousands they have lost because of it. They might if they understood the risks they are facing of even more people waking up and walking away from their grasps. Might. But then maybe not.

Just a pondering: if you're on the governing body, or high up at Bethel, and Armeggedon hasn't come yet? Might you realize that it's pointless to drag JWs and their families out to so many convention and assembly days per year? Surely they know one of the reasons so many of us have left is because we couldn't carry the crushing burden they laid on our backs, the burden of the meeting, field service, study and assembly schedules. Now, if only they can only figure out that the burden of thought control is causing thousands to leave, they could loosen their grip and stop causing such stress and sorrow.

Jehovah's Witnesses Say They Are The Most Educated In The World. How Would You Prove Otherwise?
by minimus inthey claim their schools, literature and teaching are far more superior than any "worldly" education.
how would you counter that belief?.

Look at how many profoundly struggle to support themselves and their families when they leave the org.
