What message would you like to say to anyone studying with the JW's?
by JH ini'd say, beware, once you'll be baptized they won't treat you the same way.
they will expect a lot from you, and you'll never be free again to say what you think about the religon or even think for yourself.
they will control your life completely.

I was, and always will, rooting for the Eagles. (fan since birth) but once they were out, it was the bears. Tonight was a great game with the colts.I think the super bowl is going to be great.

I wouldn't. As much as has happened in my life, and great things in history, I am happy right where I am. To me, right now, is a good place to be.
Of course, two of my children are teenagers, and my tune may change next week. lol

My Wife Just Left Me Because of the Evil Watchtower
by rassillon inthis is very difficult to write because i am crying.
i am normally not the kind of person you will ever see cry because things don't affect me that much but this has got to be the hardest things i have ever went through.. i just got through discussing with my wife my feelings.
i guess it has been hard to hid some of the things that i have felt since i have learned that many of the wt teachings are false.

I agree with pressing charges. What they did was a hate crime. They were trying to "punish" you for celebrating your holiday.
All the times I hear how they are persecuted, and yet they are really the ones who persecute others.

Why can't I just SHUT UP?
by evetteto ineach jw mtg my husb has to attend is a burden for me cuz he always says i start an argument.
i know its the demand that the wts has on its followers that they cant seem to deal with.
he'll ask me a question and i will give him my undoctrinated answer and he goes off, then announces i'm starting an argument b4 he leaves for a mtg.

I wish I had words of wisdom for you. I go thru this often with my mother. I try to walk away, but sometimes I open my mouth and try to reason with her. When you show them another view, they talk foolishly, and then you show them how, and they can't see it. Then you show them another point, and they can't see it, then you get frusterated. At least that's how it plays out in our house.
Just wanted to let you know, some of us still haven't learned to keep quiet.

almost 50% have responded and sent in the coupon on back for a Bible study!!!
Not any from my neighborhood. Whenever they would see me or one of my gang, they would hand them to us, and say, "Tell Granny to give them to someone who wants one." and we would throw them away. (why they gave them back to us, I don't know.)
