  fading and not "outing" yourself.. what are your thoughts on it?.

  i ask, because i just received a scathing personal message on facebook from a person who read my latest book and in it i describe myself as a fader.

  i was not dfd and i did not da myself.

  you know how our minds often get all "fuzzy" and confused when we are put on the spot and asked to come up with points?

  we often tend to lose focus and go off on tangents?.

  im trying to compile a basic list of bullet points for the most obvious and clear problems / doctrines / history of witnesses that can blow the org out of the water.. it is more for the purpose of getting my own thoughts clear rather than using it to talk to witnesses (as that doesn't really work).

  Judicial committee unscriptural. Jesus said the entire congregation should be involed, but then only as a last resort. see Matthew 18:.

  (“If your brother or sister sins, go and point out their fault, just between the two of you.   How do Americans feel about Canadians and Britons interjecting their opinions onto hot localized political topics: gun laws, abortion, ect?

  in addition to the above question, why do citizens of the two above mentioned countries, or other countries, feel the necessity to tell americans how they should interpret the american constitution for localized issues?.

  i fairly much have an idea what the general population in the usa feels in regards to the first question.

  this could be one of the possible reasons cnn piers morgan poor ratings and eventual firing.

  Automatic disfellowshipping if "sin" is repeated?

  back in the day, if someone was put on probation for an offence, rather than being disfellowshipped, if he re-offended whilst that probation was in force, disfellowshipping was automatic.

  normally a probation lasted 12 months.

  after the probation was finished that was it.

Normally a probation lasted 12 months. After the probation was finished that was it. Privileges were restored. If he reoffended again, the earlier offence didn't count for anything. I know all this because I was involved in a matter where all of this occurred and the society were contacted so that everything was handled in line with current thinking.
  

  I'm curious to learn of the procedure these days for someone who who has confessed to an offence, been placed on restrictions, but then has offended again whilst the restrictions are in force. Will he be automatically disfellowshipped?

  i've managed several thousand employees in the last decade.

  i've had a handful that identified themselves as witnesses.

  from experience, they were no different than any other employees.

  We had a bro in the next congregation who would only hire JW's. Contrary to what most expected they didn't sing Kingdom melodies all day. He had around 50 employees, some part time, and most of the local pioneers worked for him. Most of the work was of the menial variety, packing postage stamps for philatelists. I'd been a lorry driver with a brick company and he asked me to work for him driving his brand new truck for a fresh venture he'd undertaken. I was quickly fired for (a) having a non-respectful attitude and (b) getting his brand new truck wedged under a low bridge just outside of Macclesfield.

  " something to that effect.. if they say you are just a low-life nobody just point out amos nipper of figs.
