@Half banana
I just read about Horus on wiki, it says absolutely nothing about any kind similarities between horus and Jesus.
And my faith is not build on what any pope or so called "saint" said against Jesus.
back in the 50's, when i was just a skinny kid, my father became po of a new congregation.
he'd only been baptised for around 4 years, so his rise was quite remarkable.just one of his flock in the new cachement area was of the "remnant".
this lady was well into her 60's, childless but married.

how much was the ransom?
gods justice did not require an exact equivalent man-for-man sacrifice between the first adam and jesus, the second adam.
gods gift required more.
God can not die!!!!
The trinity is biggest christianity mistake.
Trinity was invented in 381 ad.
It is for God to decide what was needed as a ransom and He decided: the blood of a perfect human life.
there are a few jw's i know who believe that when the gb takes a decision this is what happens:.
each member goes into a separate room, prays about something.
after that, they get together and they all have the same thought about the issue.. what are the craziest ideas you heard about the way they are "guided".

when i began formal study of religion and biblical analysis it was like peeling off layer after layer of dark matter, sticky and putrid that had stuck over my eyes and ears and mouth.
i learned that under the watchtower one only builds a widening gap between yourself and the world of biblical academia and scholars.
i used to think i knew a lot because i learned to quote a few scholars or lexicons as a witness.

Ding,
you are right, they created a second class of christians during Rutherford, when the members were over 144.000.
I wish they would have ditched the number.
I did not knew they ditched 1935 to allow gb members who were younger to be anointed, but I think you are right!
Such hypocrites! They do not care about the Bible

I read bout Osiris on wikipaedia. It says nothing you speak of.
I'd say some people, long after Jesus existed added details about Jesus to the myth of Osiris, and created a new myth. That's the deal with legends, can change them as you want, add what you want. Just keep a name or two and it looks old.
You'd better check your sources.

@John Aquila
I found quite a few christian groups who believe in a 1000 year earthy reign of Jesus and the anointed christians.
Please google
one of them, that have a other similar points with jw's (no trinity, no eternal soul) are truthortradition.com or Spirit and truth fellowship stfonline.org
I also think there are some penticostals thst believe in a 1000 earthly Kingdom.

I think beimg anointed and baptised with holy spirit is the true christian hope.
JW's who are of the class of "other sheeps" have the same hope as the "unjust" people who never knew nor learned about Jehovah. And they are preaching the hope of the "unjust".
Proof for this is that their literature never states that Jesus is the mediator between God and other sheeps. They specifically state that Jesus in mediator between Jehovah and ONLY anointed ones.
anointed christians knew that 1914 would mark a turning point regarding divine rulership.
as soon as they discerned the fulfillment of bible prophecy, they boldly declared to others that gods rule had begun.
today, with so much evidence that gods kingdom is already established in heaven, why do the majority of people not accept what this means?
