i had a pretty good meet up today with some good buddies and one of them brought up a great point from the greatest man book.

doesn't it look like jw's believe in hell to you from the picure of the rich man and lazarus?.

while australia is dealing with this pedaphile protection policy that the wt seems to have, how awesome would it be if the world court of human rights was to look into it as well, seeing how the wt is a global organization.

I wonder how nowadays JW's don't find it strange that they actually have the same hope as the "unjust" people who don't know Jehovah.

I've also been blind like that for 12 years, thank God I woke up!

Old articles like that confirm how unbiblical their current doctrine is. Rutherford is the worst thing that happened to this organization.

just before the morning adjournment in the australian proceedings the judge played an absolute blinder.. he asked the elder as in deuteronomy would the jehovah's witnesses stone a woman for committing adultery?!

The judge made a good point, because the truth is JW's take random thinks from the old testament and apply it today, and on the other side, they do not apply everything from the new testament, or say huge parts of new testament apply only to 144.000 humans.

This is what happens when you do not accept a dispensationalist view of the bible. It is the only way everything makes sense.

The JW's are confused because they do not understand nor accept that there are different dispensations / administrations in the way God treats with humans, and we have to comply with the rules of the dispensation we live in.

much has already been written about dr monica applewhite, the expert witness hired by the jw organization.

her job was to provide "expert" testimony to the australian commission of inquiry into jehovsh's witnesses' policies and practices on child sexual abuse.

astonishingly, dr applewhite was unprepared for the inquiry lawyers' questions.

I think applewhite is a person who is hired by organizations that have had cases of sexual abuse and that want to improve their image, apear like they are doing something to fight the issue.

Looks like she is hired for the image of the abusers and not to care for the victims.

i was baptized then i was 15 years old and just entering high school.

i had been a perfect jw teenager through out my high school years, although i craved to be a little bit worldly.

when i graduated high school, i moved out and got a job working with my older non-jw brother.

Don't be sorry for it, they are not the true religion anyway, there is no one true organization. God deals with people individually, not with organizations.

how much do you want to bet that the organization has already started preparing articles for the watchtower magazines, convention talks, circuit overseers talks and letters to bodies of elders, to refute what is happening in australia?

right now the most important thing for the wt to do is protect their image that they are gods visible organization.especially in the u.s. and latin american countries.

I was thinking of this today ... they are probably preparing articles, maybe a small change of the doctrine and conclude that the tribulation is starting with an atack at the true religion ...

I hope this goes further and that their position as a charity org. is also questioned ...

They took the Name of the Lord in vain and they deceived a lot of people.
