  Listener- There is no insult it's highly unlikely that a great number of them would be qualified unless the org went on a special recruitment drive specifically for females.

  Listener: I am a female and don't mean to suggest anything offensive about females. More and more females are becoming involved in building work these days but males still far outstrip them in numbers.

  Yeah..but you didn't say numbers, you said quailifed. Big difference.

  And it doesn't matter if you are female, you still can't get away with that insult.

  Listener: Under one of the photo's is a comment that states females make up 35% of the workers. Thats got to mean a lot of unqualified workers.

  Yeah. You are right.

  the bethel family in london is to be cut by several hundred.

  my impression is that most ambitious youngster in the org dream of being involved with the building program.

  WitnessMy Fury: An externally forced shut down would be sweeping and complete i would have thought, including the dumbass new headquarters.
  I still think it's about money.

  Of course it is about money.

  Do you remember when the WTS was stopped from completing a proposed sale when Candace Conti's payout was still in the air? A full shut down isn't necessary - but a partial shutdown makes sense.

  I think the WTS owes money somewhere - maybe a big demand note or something like that. Something came due that they couldn't/wouldn't pay.

  Morpheus: Forced... By who? For what reason? No one government can force a coporation to shut down world wide.

  As I said...it is speculation.

  By who? Probably by the IRS.

  "No one government"... maybe not. But, all it would take is for the government where the WTS has their world heaquarters. Even if they are located world-wide, the WTS still has a home base.

  I have spent the past couple days thinking...and speculating.

  This is my speculative conclusion (one of them...lol...I have overlapping theories),

  The WTS was court ordered to shut down extraneous building projects. The shutdown is too sweeping to be a headquarter planned move. It appears to be an anticipated move but not a voluntary one.

  As stupid as we would like to think that the "powers who be" are in the Tower, I don't think that it is as simple as "they ran out of money". I think it is quite possible that the WTS has been forced, through court action of some kind, to stop the outflow of money into wasteful building projects.

  I believe that time will tell, but it won't surprise me if this was a forced shutdown. A forced shutdown that the WTS knew was coming.

  Thanks for posting those photos Wifi.

  I can't wait to show my father the photos. I know he will go though the roof. A construction project that big being done with volunteer labour will make him crazy. The building code violations must be astronomical.

  The logistical nightmare of trying to manage a volunteer group of that size would be enough to give even the most seasoned construction site supervisor permanent heart palpitations. My father would lose his mind whenever he had to train a unexperienced crew for a jobsite - and that was just for little projects like hospitals and schools - not some monstrosity like the Warwick project.

  It is one thing to slam a Kingdom Hall build in a weekend with people who don't know how to hold a hammer properly but it would quite another undertaking to consider taking on a project of that size with people who want to dress up in safety gear and pose for photos.

  Unbelievable. And frankly, quite insane.

  i just got the new document about blood fractions from the wt, they will allow you to choose hemoglobin, but apparently not packed red blood cells, but in the medical journal i see nothing about hemoglobin infusions, is this even possible or just more bullshit from the wt?

  Thank you. This is what I found at the end of the article:

  Biopure, the company that produced Hemopure, had a very colorful history that eventually led to prison time for Howard Richman (SEC violations) and eventually bankruptcy in 2009 with its assets purchased by OPK Biotech. At the time of the most recent update of this article in 2014, Clinical Trials of Hemopure continued to be in progress.2

  OPK Biotech is now bankrupt.

  Who is manufacturing Hemopure? Where is the Hemopure coming from for those clinical trials? Is Hemopure even available?

  OPK Biotech, LLC was incorporated in 2009 and is based in Delaware. On April 25, 2014, an involuntary petition for liquidation under Chapter 7 was filed against OPK Biotech, LLC in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. On May 20, 2014, the involuntary petition was approved by the Court.

  Biopure was bought out by Opk Biotech (Russia based...) and now Biotech is bankrupt.

  Who is manfacturing Hemopure? The cow bovine dervied blood substirute that the WTS approved for their guinea pigs?

  Huh...it soesn't seem like that option is open to JWs anymore.

  Who is manufacturing Hemopure now? Is it available at all?

  Vetro: Hemopure doesn't exist anymore, the company has gone udner, I tried calling them, nothing but a busy signal.

  Hemopure, Biopure, Opk Biotech...

  Yeah. Funny how all those companies are all of a sudden almost invisible, isn't it?

  Hmmmm....what the heck happened to those artifical blood companies and their investors? I wonder who invested in artifical blood...do ya think it maybe was a certain corporation who promoted it...???? Hmmm....

  *oh my...the Biotech website is gone...that vibrant company that had such a grand website not so long ago...what the heck is going on in the artifical blood world??
