And the thread itself was directed at the Household of God, Israel, and those who go with. And yet, you must have felt it was directed at you... else, why are YOU here, responding? Please help me understand the difference, dear Palm (again, peace to you!)...

I appreciate your position, dear Palm (peace to you!)... and Paul's sentiments. However, Paul himself sometimes spoke to the Body with words lacking "salt." If you would allow yourself to note, however, you are applying a double standard to me: I am supposed to speak "seaoningly"... always... while those who address me aren't so required. Because I am the "christian." And that may be true. However, I am of the mind and heart that, given how he often spoke to... because he HAD to... HIS opposers (surely, you've read the 23rd Chapter of Matthew's account)... my Lord will be merciful as to ME... and grant me HIS grace... to make up for my lack.

And there is a lack on my part, I am absolutely honest about that. I openly and readily admit that I am not "nice"... nor do I know how to speak with flowery words. So, I will have to rely on my Lord's mercy when I give an accounting; however, I am not as worried about that as I am about being deceitful and NOT speaking the truth (remember, there is verse that says that, as well, that we should "speak truth with one another"). I am not worried about the first because those in union with Christ have no condemnation (Romans 8:1). I cannot remain in union with Christ if I don't remain in the truth... and I can't remain in the truth... if I am full of deceit. Which is what one is when deceit comes OUT.

So the "treasure" is MY heart, that which comes out of MY heart's abundance... is truth. What comes out of OTHERS, including dishonesty and deceit, is indicative of THEIR abundance.

As for asking God to help control my tongue... if you only knew. But you don't want to accept that that IS who is controlling my words. No, because you want to hear flowery words, have your ears tickled. Again, though, that doesn't make you listen to what is being said any better. To the contrary, it causes you all to try and turn up the heat ("Oh, that one is NICE - I can get through to him/her!"). And so you TRY.

I assure you, though, that what I share... and how I respond... is NOT "idle" talk - to the contrary, it is talk that originates with the Truth, IS the truth, and gives the glory to God AND that Truth. Now, if I came here to discuss, say, my new curtains, or new car, or what I thought about, say, Obama/Romney... that is idle talk... talk that is for nothing and has no value, with regard to the kingdom... I would indeed have to render an accounting. Again, though, I will speak what I am given so as to "make the calling and choosing" of myself SURE... so that I can put FAITH... in the mercy of God... and the redeeming "Cover" that is His Christ.

So, again, I get what you are trying to communicate: that [you need me] to be "nicer"... sweeter... more "graceful." Again, you have folks here that are such, almost to a fault (given how you all go at them)... and that still makes no difference - you don't listen to them, either.

I find it fascinating, though, that you DO need such... from me. Because my voice is to the Household of God, Israel, and those who go with... and yet, I keep getting a group of folks who vehemently deny they are of that Household... telling me how I should speak to them. While telling me to STOP speaking to them. Saying, in essence, "If you want us to LISTEN, then you need to speak THIS way,"... while also saying, "We don't want to hear ANYTHING you have to say!" Which is true?

I mean, MY thinking is that if you truly DON'T want to hear what I have to say... DON'T want to receive it... what do you care HOW I say it?

Fascinating... isn't it?

AG, we've all seen this game. Re-runs get boring after a while.

Yet, you haven't changed the channel, EP. Why IS that? You do recall who initiated the thread... right? Why are you even ON this "channel"? Why did you even "tune in" here? What were/are you LOOKING for?

I am insulting no one. I am responding to statements, comments, questions, challenges... and insults... directed at/toward/about me. Seriously, have you NOT read the thread? Did you not see who initiated it... and what the OP was about?? I did not go to your thread and attempt to derail the topic. You folks did. Now, because I don't back off/back down... I am "insulting." I don't think you know what that word means... or at least, when it's applicable. I'm not Peter, EP - I'm not going to deny my Lord, run and hide, lock myself away in a room... because the usual suspects have come with swords (well, pitchforks and torches)? I am a woman... and like the women didn't hide, I don't hide. Just like the women tried to tell the men who they had seen and who had spoken to them... which TRUTH the men poo-poo'd... I am telling you the TRUTH. Some of you don't LIKE that... but that's supposed to mean what to me?

I tried to stick to just the truth about faith and trust. About what was given me to share. YOU couldn't let it stay at that, no. Dear NC decided, okay, I'm gonna take it "here." Thing is, she didn't sit down and considere where "here" was going to lead. It led to HER being dishonest. I simply pointed that out... and will do so so long as she is BEING dishonest.

I mean, I don't mind being challenged about my beliefs, questioned about my faith, called to task. But please do ask me to change to "fit" the kinds of responses YOU want. Dear NC presented to ME... not to ones like dear tec, Sab, others (the greatest of love and peace to all!). Me. AGuest. Now you and she want to be surprised that I am being ME? SHE is... because she thought (like so many others have) that she was going to be the "one"... to get me to "see" differently. And that didn't work out for you. YOU... should have known better. I mean, we've been dealing with each for, what, how long, now?

My older sister does this, creates situations and then acts like her life is so hard and no one loves her because of the way she acts in situations that she created just to get the attention.

I am not your older sister. I posted a thread because it was a topic of great interest to some. It was/is not to you... and a few others likes you... and so you decided to make it YOUR thread. So, okay, let's do that. Let's go where YOU folks want to go: down the path of honesty.

It's rather tiresome.

Yet, here you are. You don't SEEM all that tired; I mean, you are still commenting. Me? Your "arguments" only rejuvenate me... because they create further opportunity for me to share the TRUTH... and give praise to the MOST Holy One of Israel, JAH of Armies... and to His Son and Christ, the HOLY One of Israel, JAHESHUA, the Chosen One of JAH (MischaJah). YOU folks give me WAY more opportunity to do that than any others.

So, please... carry on. I have plenty of time... and none of you usual suspects scare me. Not even. To the contrary, you keep showing who YOUR "father" is... and that one doesn't scare me, either.

I'm honest about that, too, EP. That's the difference between you and me: I can take honesty... as well as be honest. And I gotta tell ya, if you're one who CAN'T take honesty, you're gonna have a REALLY hard time when you hear Christ speak to you. Which might be why you aren't hearing: you can't handle the truth HE tells you. You certainly can't if you can't hear it from me. Trust me: he goes much, much more deeper than I ever could. He started with me... and what was in ME... which is another reason why I stick to the truth, now. Nothing's hidden from HIM, anyway, and so attempts to hide are futile. If only Adham and Eve had remembered that...

I did not call you a liar; but, you were not being honest/truthful, dear NC (again, peace to you!). But only you (and God/Christ) know why that is. I would wager that it's due to fear... but not sure just what you're afraid OF... except perhaps looking like you might have to agree with me... which you would rather be dishonest than do. So...

As for the unanswered challenge, I will to back forthwith and look for that, because I promise you... in ALL honesty... I did not intend to leave ANYTHING that you asked of me unanswered. And I certainly didn't sneak off. There is no sneaking on this site for me. You wouldn't permit it.

I suspect your friends, at this point, will jump to your aid, and the show will begin.

Then I will state to them, again, what I have before: don't. There truly is no need to. I must add, though, that I find it FASCINATING that you overlook that such has occurred for you. You tend to do that, though, overlook such. And often.

And they will defend your innocence and will try to twist what has happened here to fit into their view of who they think you really are and make it okay.

No, I don't think they will. Again, though, I hope they don't and exhort them not to. I don't need them to... unlike perhaps you need YOUR friends to do so.

In other words, they may feel the need to get angry at me for calling you out for slandering me, because they don't believe that you could lie. Or perhaps not. I'm just going on past patterns.

Let's go with the "perhaps not." And you and your friends have a similar pattern. Indeed, to a much greater extent. Funny, you never seem to see that, though...

Slandering people is not nice, righteous, or honest.

It's also against the law of love ("Do not bear false witness...")... which is why I don't do it. If it is TRUE, however, it is not slander.

You can twist it anyway you like. You can throw up shiny balls and increase your verbosity to try and muddy the issue.

But now, see, that's exactly what I DON'T do: no shiny balls, no cottony fluff. And absolutely NO mud - it's all out there, obscured by nothing. Now, I am verbose, yes... but I am honest about that.

But it will change nothing. You slander.

And you're not being honest. As to either statement.

I have never made a claim that I am/was, EP. It would not be the truth. To the contrary, I have truthfully stated many... many... many times... that I am not nice. At least I am being honest, including about myself.

Don't mistake you being a jerk for the same as being honest.

As one who has the market cornered on jerkdom, I must take your word that you perceive me as being a jerk. But I make no such mistake. I only ask that you not mistake my being honest for being a jerk. I mean, I CAN "cush" my words up for you, but why do you want that? Are you so sensitive, so unable to handle the unadulterated truth, that you need your ears to be "tickled"? Surely there are an abundance of folks who can give you that. Surely, you've had ENOUGH of that. Or perhaps not. If you have, why do you want... need... that from me?

Or rather, you should stop making that mistake.

The mistake is you asking me not only to lie to you... but to even swaddle the lies in "tickly" words... words that make you feel "good"... because you can't handle them any other way. There are others here who tell you the truth, even swaddled in kind and loving words. You don't listen to them, either. So what difference does it make? None. John came not drinking, keeping himself from wine so as to honor his [Nazarite] vow - they had a problem with him anyway. Christ came drinking wine [although he is the True Nazarite] - they had a problem with him, as well. The same problem, in fact.

For us, we can play the flute... but you won't dance, regardless of how "pretty" the music is. Or we can sing a dirge, but you won't mourn, no matter how solemn the tune. Bottom line? It doesn't matter how truth is presented to you - wrapped up in pretty little packages and presented on a finely gloved hand... or handed to you on an open (and perhaps dirty, even grubby) palm: it won't be acceptable to you.

Because such ARE the little children in the marketplace: never satisfied. Same then, same now. Nothing new under the sun.

SA, who is probably more like those who tended to speak plainly to the sons of Israel... than Belial (known to you as Satan and Devil)... who always spoke "consolingly." Even to Christ. And look where that got those who listened to such "consoling" speech... and those who did not...
