  Are You Surprised By How Few Witnesses Have Called You???

  i've had a few people just recently call or try to visit with me and let me know that we are "missed".

  but in reality, the phone hardly ever rings with a witnesses calling on the other end to see how we are.

  after spending a lifetime in the organization, it would seem that this couldn't happen......but, i'm glad i'm not getting harrassed either.......did you get calls and visits from those that "missed" you??

  Another example of showing something is wrong with this picture. I look back and see all these years of sacrificing things because it was the right thing to do. But for what? Who reallly cares if you are in any way? I went to one meeting in March and the Memorial and not one phone call to make sure I am ok. If the love really was shown, like we are told it would be, where is it?

  ok, i live in one of, if not the most racially divided states in america and it took me a while but i've finally gotten used to it.

  i ignore most of this 1960's mentality that is so prevalent and just go on living my life without caring what people think or how they act..i have enough to deal with.

  however i honestly think this is going a little too far.

  I reacted the same way as six, at first I didn't notice the segregation of color and only the symetrical arrangement. A photographer would do that, AND one who does not think in terms of color. If you are color blind, you might not even think to evenly dispurse the races just so no one is offended. I also thought if the kids happen to be friends by their own choice (as other have mentioned) it might very well have happened by accident. If I think about work, alhough I happen to spend time with several races, the majority of employees still take their breaks with employess who are friends and often they are racially together.

  Have you thought to ask your son if he was told who to stand by? and by who? and if you do have a problem, I agree with the others, talk to the teacher.

  By the way, my comments above about not seeing anything wrong, just so you understand that I am so totally not racially slanted, I am white and I have dated more black men than white.

  No mortons68, that was when the girl with the curl was good. Imagine the same scenerio if she wasn't? Those Jamaicans are very 'talented'. It took every ounce of strength to BEHAVE but I did. I was saving myself for after my next wedding night at the time.

  I can't believe I missed that one. I would really like one day to visit Norway, Sweden and Finland, where my family heritage comes from.

  well remember that there are inconsistancies on how JWs act.

  I remember the school we attended, we couldn't go to pep fests to prepare and get the team spirit flowing in the school.. where as kids from our congregation that went to this other school were able to go.

  We are all told different things on what we are supposed to do.
