i have had sinus problems my entire life, recently a friend told me about this sinu-cleanse thing, its a sinus cleansing treatment that you can get at cvs pharmacy, its pretty cool, its a little pot that you mix warm water with saline solution and put in one nostral and it drains out the other, the first time i used it i had a bad sinus head ache and thought well i will give this thing a try, so i mixed it up and did the treatment, blood clots and pink then red water started coming out of my nose, and after i noticed my headache was gone, i could breath great, and felt a lot less pressure in my head.

this thing is pretty awesome!

just thought i share with all of you.. sorry if its a bit gross.

I've been doing this for years and yes its of immense help for sinus problems. It is kind of gross, but when you have so much pain and drainage you're almost willing to try anything. I've had several doctors recommend it, so its not quackery.

false reasoning: the wts claims that there are only two birthdays mentioned in the bible, both of which resulted in someone being killed.

thus, they conclude, that this is jehovah's way of telling us that we should not celebrate brithdays, including the birth of jesus christ.. fact: there are five birthdays mentioned in the bible.

the most important and celebrated is the birth of jesus christ himself.

A 'pair' of socks, OK. But why a 'pair' of pants?

wonder why certain garments are referred to in the plural, pants, underwear, trousers?

why not a pair of shirts?

"i put on a fresh pair of shirts this morning" or why not say "i spilled coffee on my pant and i need to change it".

Can we start a Secret Santa Recieved/Sent Thread?

i'm worried because i sent a christmas card plus had a gift sent by ups over the internet about 7 days ago and haven't heard anything.

i would feel really feel bad if my person didin't receive their gift or card.

so i think we need to have an official post place.

I sent mine out last week, its going across the pond but I paid for it to be delivered before Christmas so that should be ok. I got mine today. I had a note to pick it up at the apt manager's office on Saturday but then they went home early and locked up. I wasn't going to open it, but it said what it was on the box, and, well, I opened it! lol Thanks, Rebel8! By the way, you rock!
