by HBH inmy siblings mother in law died recently, and there was a condolence posted with the borg website.
i googled the name of the poster, and found the same condolence on 100s of funeral home websites!!!
many of these sites dont have mods or a way to report a website promotion.

Most of them are so busy with the invitation work they can't take care of anything else.... like their families, their finances, their homes, their jobs (if they have one). Keep em on the hamster wheel so they can't think about what a joke this all is. There is always busy work. Quick builds, preparing talks, Field Serve Us, Need Greating, making trinkets for the International conventions, assemblies...yadda yadda. The list goes on and on!!! -

I think this talk is great. The more this organization runs it's mouth, the more the public will be aware of the damage this cult has had on innocent lives. I truly feel sad for all of the innocent children and adults who have to listen to these heartless men.
I think all of the abuse they have had a hand in is going to come back to bite them. I think it is already happening.

Wife fully awake.

i just shared the pbs newshour segment with her with no comment other than something along the lines of, "jw story on pbs.".
she is furious at the arrogance of these men.. thats what happens when you get a momma angry!.

i never thought for one moment that it would survive this long or have so many people post so many great subjects over the years.. it is still humbling when i get pm's or emails from people expressing how the site has helped them and of course thanks goes to all the posters who have shared their experiences and make helpful and supportive comments to others who are in the sometimes difficult process of learning the real truth about 'the truth'.. the site has gone through several different incarnations over the last 15 years running on different platforms, different databases and different hosts but we've been able to keep all the old topics.
the current site is still being developed and i'm hoping to push another major upgrade soon.. i also may have some other news to share soon about the future of the site so stay posted.. until then, here's the the next 15 years!

by life is to short inso i finally read tony's life story and this one point really hit me where he was talking about his son's.
on page 7 he say's "because they made the truth their own, they make susan and me look good.
so those who children leave the "truth" look bad?.

I used to watch my parents faces when the sister on the stage (giving an experience) would relate that she had 6 children who are "ALL FAITHFULLY SERVING JEHOVAH. Two are missionaries over in East Bumble, One is a Circuit Overseer, One a District Overseer and two are serving at Bethel." As the Church Lady used to say..."well isn't that special."
I have a sibling that decided this religion was not for them and left. My Mother used to cry when these experiences were told. Why? Because they ALWAYS blame the parents. Even if you did everything right but a child decides (as an adult) that this is no longer what they believe. Why are some elders removed when an 18 year old decides this is not for him or her? Because it's ALWAYS the parents fault. This is how these Bastards make people feel. Maybe if it happened to them they would be able to muster up some compassion.
They could care less...it's all about how wonderful THEY are!

This organization is ALL about appearances! That's all these people care about, "what it LOOKS like." So many are living double lives but all LOOKS good to everyone at the Kingdom Hall.
I'm sure Tony Tight Pants wants to LOOK good too. I think there are so many skeletons in the closet! Hmmm!
