  well, the typical person doesn't have to worry about field service and reporting time.

  so why should i have to?.

  Turning in field service time is not scriptural. It is a way for WT to gauge your "spirituality" (all the JW tasks you do). There a so many JW's who fudge their numbers. Even the Elders do it. We witnessed this in our last congregation. It's all about the hours and how you appear to other JW's.

  this weeks meeting features a video about maintaining kingdom halls.

  it mentions a few times, how kh belong to jehovah, and are dedicated to him.. anybody ever wondered, if they belong to jehovah, how come, they are being sold all the time?

  can you give something to jehovah and then take it back?

  Our congregation will be deleted

  last night was the co's visit.

  prior to his part, an elder had a part on following theocratic direction.

  it was about our congregation being deleted (there are 2 sharing this hall) and the people and territory being divided up to the 4 other surrounding ones.. they say it is not about numbers but about making best use of resources.

  Ha Ha Blondie, we do that too!!

  Still the same kind, generous and genuine people we were when we were in the cult. NOW....we don't judge and I quit drinking on the level I was drinking as a JW. Funny how that works eh???

  Don't care about Christmas! Too lazy to put up a tree and lights to just have to take them down 2 weeks later. lol We usually go on a trip during that time of year. That's our gift to ourselves. We just enjoy hanging out together!

  Let me guess. "There is donation boxes and credit card machines conveniently located throughout the facility." This is the ONLY way the new and improved WT (jay dub ya dot org) can keep the sheeples in. They even took Jehovah's name out of the re branded title.

  We went to a church, for a high school graduation. I took a few more paper towels than I would have been able to take at the KH. lol

  very interesting, if very sad, youtube video by a young woman who grew up in a jw household.. i wonder how many more jw kids grew up in similar circumstances to this poor young lady?.
