i was raised a witness, never dunked, have new jw bride ( why u ask?

um... i do love her, just not the dub side, which is raising its little head more and more now) and a little 5 month old that i would like to have other options in life than a full time pioneer married to a 23 year old ms who works for his daddy's janitor business.

If you Google Jehovah Witness you will find several news media articles and documentaries regarding the religion (I mean cult). Also, there is plenty of info (not apostate) regarding the Australian Royal Commission.
I know what you mean Tony Morris did a number on us too. It really had an impact (the 23 yr. old MS thing) on my spouse. We had started our fade about 3 years ago but that talk put the nail in the coffin. Hopefully we have our kids out too (for good, we hope).
The frustrating thing is that you could have Jesus himself come down and tell everyone that this is a crock of sh*t and they would just continue on like the good little robots should.
Be careful with your wife, she sounds full in and may let someone know you are having "apostate thoughts." They think they are doing what is best for you and then the Elders start poking around.
Take it slow.

Dubstepped- sisters steal food or be rude at breakfast to one another.
You are correct. It was amazing to see the "love" of our brothers. When they are offered a free breakfast, some are very pushy and rude. I watched a brother empty out the hotel ice maker to fill up his cooler.

The org claims they can obtain a reduced rate for a large block of rooms. Most Corporations that reserve and promise hotels guaranteed business will receive perks. Such as free rooms, upgraded rooms, free meals in hotel restaurants, etc... I believe these free rooms are used by the traveling speakers from bethel. This was my understanding of how the process worked.

the org is now demanding money from the witnesses, via the latest letter sent to elders regarding the circuit's excess funds.

succeeded in getting elders everywhere to hand over their own congregation's "excess funds" - now their circuit's bank balances are going to be plundered.. the spineless and subservient elders will cooperate without a whimper, because they're afraid of losing their little bit of power which the org has bestowed upon them.

The entire thing is disgusting. I have never seen the article where they put the blame on the Mothers of these rapists. They also mention aunts (I guess anyone female). This has really bothered me all day. It is the biggest line of BS I have ever heard. So let me get this straight, a male figure can't screw up the kids, only the female? Unbelievable!
My spouse's Father was abusive and did more damage to the children in the family. His mother was one of the sweetest people I have EVER met in my lifetime. So I guess it must have been her fault if one of the kids goes off the rails? BS!
Like I have said before...you just can't make this sh*t up!
So glad to be FREE!
