Being part of the org essential for salvation
by Yesu Kristo Bwana Wangu ingood evening,.
i am in search of recent articles in the watchtower, or in other articles that are available on jw.org, that explain that one has to be part of the organisation as a condition for salvation.. i can only find articles on sites other than jw.org that are from before the year 2000. .
it is for discussions with a jw, so i can only use things from jw.org.. thanks in advance.

Why is Trump so effective???
by Coded Logic ini think trump is an absolute idiot.
his tactics, however, are undeniably effective.
thought i'd just put together a short list of some of the things he does.

For many people living within or outside the USA Mr. Trump is The American Dream Personified.

Feeling the Guilt
by Saethydd ini'm currently disfellowshipped and living at home with my parents, but because they are both still devout jws i have to keep going to the meetings and crap because i don't want to risk getting thrown out until i finish college or find a job that will let me support myself and go to college.. yesterday, my mother rode with me to the meeting and told me how much my best friend and my oldest sister are missing me, and it just tears me apart because during the meeting i was practically counting the minutes till it was over.
it didn't help matters that i had to sit with my family because the library was closed off, thus forcing me to follow along with the meeting on my tablet instead of reading something useful or interesting like i normally do.. when i got home i just cried out in frustration because it feels like no matter what i do, i am making the wrong choice.
either i have to keep pretending to support an organization that has caused so much pain to so many people, or i have to abandon my family and friends to it so i can save myself.

Love your parents but if you want to preserve you own dignity and your own future do not allow them to force you to wear the jw.org burka.

Looking forward to going to Memorial this year!
by kpop ini have some tricks to play.
i know it may sound childish but i feel that creating havoc and forcing the memorial to be postponed will be the highlight of the night!
wish me luck!.

kpop, If your purpose is just to play some trick for the memorial, may I suggest you to appear in your kingdom hall wearing some once-in-lifetime clothes. Here is an example that will guarantee you to steel the show from the elders :

2 sisters called today
by stan livedeath inive lived here 7 months now--and today was the 4th time some dubs have called--while i was at home.. they were probably about 60-70.. after i let one do her simple leaflet presentation--i told them i used to be a jw--but left over 40 years ago.
and that i held the watchtower responsible for the break up of my family: and discussed shunning.. but the main thing i wanted to discuss--was the sale of their kingdom hall.
they confirmed a sale was going through.

"2 sisters called today" ......
I never use the term « sister» (or brother) when quoting persons who are still involved in the shunning politic of the JW.Org cult and who are fully acting in compliance with it. They simply do not deserve this familiarity. -

Do JWs Regard You As An APOSTATE?
by minimus ini doubt people consider me an apostate but you never know.🤓.
-
TheFadingAlbatros
After 40 years in the cult + 3 years of inactivity, I have decided two years ago to officially dissociate myself from JW cult for conscience and personal reasons. JWs can regard me just as they want to, I really do no care. Communication is permanently broken off between them and me, same between me and them.Even if some family members are now shunning me, why should I now be affected by the way that brainwashed people are considering me ?

By its shunning politics, JW.Org is acting like a terrorist organization. They are not using bombs, physically speaking, but they are breaking, and this without any punishment, family ties. This organization made in USA needs to be shunned, at it's turn and in due time, by governmental authorities.

Sparlock is making his rounds again
by stillin ini was at the meeting last night and the dreadful video about caleb and sparlock was forced upon the audience.
honestly, i had forgotten how bad it was.
the mother's manipulative over-reaction and caleb's acceptance that his toy was evil.

It seems to me that instead of forcing her son to throw the object received as a gift in the trash, the mother should have contacted Caleb's classmate and, while thanking him for his kindness, return to him the object, simply explaining that she is doing this for personal reasons. JWs are very often rough and unintelligent in their relationship with people not sharing their faith.
