What is the alternative to JW?

when you went to an "assembly" did you wear a badge?

when i was young my folks made me wear one and i opened it up and took the paper out making it look like it fell out.
after my folks ask what happen i said i dont know.

The fact that an organization requires of its followers to wear a badge not only during an assembly but also from home to assembly and from assembly to home is nothing but a form of mental or spiritual bondage. I remember of an Indian Jehovah Witness lady who, with much pride, took much pleasure to draw my attention to the fact that a badge must be carried also from home and back to home, while I was carrying my own badge only during the assembly time. -

Steven Lett asks for money again

the 2 months of donation increase is not enough: the thousands of projects are not a 2 month project.. so: thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you (heh heh heh) and send us more!
personal conclusion: if i had any doubts that the society is sincere, this openly money grabbing has made my perception complete.

I do not know how the voice of Mr. Frederick Franz is sounding for an American or an English listener, but for someone whose native language is the one of Molière, I mean French, his voice is sounding a bit like the voice of Bianca Castafiore.
