Also, regarding the placement of a comma in Luke 23:43: the expression appears 74 times "Truly I tell you...." and in every usage what follows is the saying. The WT translators know this well enough in 73 places but in just this 1 occurrence dislocated the word "today" through use of a comma to conceal the author's intent. The author of Luke continues in chapter 24 with the ascension to heaven scene the same day, there is no delay of 40 days. So in this matter the book of Luke is internally consistant.

Thank you peacefulpete for clarifying and highlighting one of the evil things the Watchtower attempted to do with that comma in Luke (original Greek did not contain commas). Just goes to show the extent the leaders will go in so far as corrupting the word of God. Talk about craziness. Geez!

First, the majority of users on this forum no longer believe in the Bible so you'll likely get sarcastic remarks and silly answers. And while I don't agree with many of my fellow friends on this forum I respect their opinions.

Having said that let me say that scripture is crystal clear on the Paradise mentioned in the NT three times referring to a heavenly place of residency for those resurrected.

recently a friend and i were having a conversation about the news media.

he is a democrat but he’s also a very reasonable person.

i’ve known him for many years.

The media has long been infiltrated by the CIA and NSA. Just recently they got caught with their pants down trying to promote specific news stories across many state using the same dialogue. Talk about stupidity!

YouTube channels like High Impact Flix, Stranger Than Fiction, and Richie from Boston (just to name a few) are all channels that have been deeply impacted by the YT censors for speaking truth.

Nowadays in order to get the truth from the news you have to literally watch different channels and then put together the story that has verifiable facts. It's a sad day in America when the news have to be vetted to ensure truthfulness. But The Great Culling (go watch this documentary) continues. . . . . .

Need Help: My Correspondence with the Headquarters

a month ago i sent a letter to the us branch about 607. my purpose for sending it was because i wanted to show to my parents through the letters the truth behind the date system.

two days ago, i received a response from them.

i think this is gonna be the first of many.

I would highly suggest the book The Gentile Times Reconsidered by Carl Olof Jonson.

This former friend went back and forth corresponding with the WTS proving point by point until they told him to keep his research to himself and not to spread it.

Isn't it interesting how 'FOX and Friends' 'The Five' and other pro-Trump FOX supporters suddenly halted their attacks on minorities and their crossing the border ALL THIS WEEK right after the El Paso shooting? Not a peep of mentioned on border crossing or illegals or anything about immigration. Ah, how suddenly they get caught with their pants down and wish to pull them up while no one is watching. Hahaha

Yet they have the nerve to defend Trump and how Trump is all about unity blah, blah, blah. Seriously? Trump has been all about kicking the illegals out of the country. There are many people who come from other places as well that are also illegals and also stay and break the immigration laws not just south of the border.

The orange orangutan suddenly also stopped railing against the minorities and border crossings right after this shooting.

Coincidence?

No, because now everyone wants to feel sympathy for the minorities who were slain.

I like Trump for his handling of trade and the economy and how he's trying to keep criminals out of our country but I will not support him generalizing and lumping all immigrants as being violent offenders.
