  i am looking for individuals who are former jehovah's witness to interview for a profile i am writing for my journalism class.

  I am a former Jehovah's Witness (borned and raised). I am looking for individuals who are former Jehovah's Witness to interview for a profile I am writing for my Journalism class. The criteria I need is listed below:
  
  Someone who was or is shunned by their family and JW friends.
  Someone who has transcended beyond this to make their life happy and successful.
  Someone who has made or makes some sort of contribution to their community and/or is socially and politically active.
  
  I would prefer someone who does not mind being photographed. I must be able to interview your family, current friends, or acquaintances who are aware of your situation. I can use your first name or a pseudonym.
  
  The profile feature article will be approximately 1000 words and possibly may be published in a magazine or newspaper to gain national attention regarding how JW shunning effects individuals and families. Please forward to anyone not on this list that you may feel would be interested. I must be contacted by November 8, 2003.
