  Thanks for your help in getting this out. This case is disgusting. I don't know if I made it clear but the girls are with their father and I have liberal visitation and joint legal custody. I knew this wouldn't work with the NO BLOOD card so I drafted the document on Freeminds, Legal Issues for use by non-custodial parents to counter it.

  I'm fighting in every way I can. I get angry when people doubt this goes on. I will post some links to people it has happened to in the past and it is happening today.

  I'm considering it. I would have to speak with the producers.

  Problem: When I appeared in Christianity Today the court looked down on that because I was putting the kids in the middle of a religious conflict. I see their point. But at this point it could be considered damage control. Up until now I have tried to help other people on their cases while being unable to help myself. It's been a therapy of sorts. Maybe it's time to take the gloves off...I don't know. Contacting the Justice Dept. only pointed them to the problem, I could remain in the background. There is enough evidence out there and in their own publications. And at the UN website.

  This is a two edged sword. It has taken me 4 years of being the stable influence to my children that they are coming around and asking me for advise and trusting me with letting me in.

  IF I go public, it would destroy that. The JW's would point to me as a flaming apostate and the girls would be counselled again for having anything to do with me. This is a crucial point for my children. They are seeing falicies in the Truth. They are being treated poorly as young women in the organization. They tell me these things. In the early years I would make them read older publications and question them and read aloud to them things I was learning that were blowing my mind. This only drove them away. I have to walk a fine line until they are no longer minors. I cannot be viewed as a threat to "their spirituality".

  This case HAS been front page. I was also blackmailed by another judge for "favors" for help with custody. Yes, it gets worse. Judge Michael Glasmann. I turned him in, testified to the Judicial Conduct Commission, and he is off the bench. Bad news: he is now a mediator.

  HELP- Need documentation of perjury by JW's

  i am still desperately looking for documentation of cases where jw's have lied under oath, a decision has been reached by the court based on perjury committed by a jw, or the like.

  i am helping on custody cases where they are urgently needed right now.

  I can't afford most of them. I do get on Lexus One. I have stockpiled these cases for years. I have about 30?

  The problem is you get the final verdicts in the cases, not who testified and where they lied. I have read the cases and in most cases they look like they were handled correctly. But I know some testimony had to be received that was false. I know there are cases going on out there, does anyone have any documentation? Affidavits? Video? They can be kept confidential and only used as proof for the Justice Dept. investigation.

  This is a family matter in a small court. This case was front-page 3 times but for other reasons. These cases are not public in that they go on every day and the only people involved are friends and family. Lying in court isn't anything new or front page.

  Are these people ex-JW or JW? Why do I have to prove this? Isn't the tape the point? The case is public knowlege, if they want info.or to call me a liar, they can go to the court house and sift through the files themselves. Or call Mr. Johnson.

  Someone pm'd me and said I am being called a liar by JW's overseas. I sent him this from an affidavit written by my uncle.

  "I have confronted my brother about the molestation allegations made by (alamb). He NEVER dienied the charges to me. He did, however, continue to refer to Sabrina as "looney tunes", "off her rocker," etc. to defend Mr. M as a fine JW brother deeply committed to JW teachings.

  I have communicated with Sabrina for the past 3 years by phone, e-mail and regular mail. She seems to be intelligent and certainly not mentally or emotionally unstable, nor evil but deeply concerned about the welfare of her 3 children by Mr. M. I believe my wife and I are the only supportive link Sabrina has, and we support her efforts to gain custody of the children and provide for them in the way only a mother can.

  The foregoing comments and observations represent my best effort to truthfully document events, as I understand them and as I have been told by my brother.

  My mother was quoted as saying I was suicidal also. To a person outside the JW's they would never understand she was saying since I didn't go to meetings anymore, I was willing to die at Armageddon aka. suicidal. This is how she later explained it. She also admitted to being too upset to actually read the affidavit she signed when questioned how she could sign such a thing about her own child.

  I also voluntarily got 3 psychological examinations independently to disprove allegations above. These were submitted for court and the psychologists came to attest to my fitness as a mother.

  Why are these people concerned with lies if they can watch their fellow "brother" on video lying under oath?

  Thank you everyone. I'm sorry if I go off on this...it's my soft spot. I have seen my children emotionally kidnapped and spiritually raped. I appreciate all your help. And thank you to everyone for your kindness. Thank you Iron Claw, Belbab, Rebel8, Ballistic, and everyone. And a note to Essy, who helped me through this in the beginning, "I think of you every day."

  There is more where this came from.

  There is also a case taking place today. Please hold that mom in your hearts.

  CHILDREN'S RIGHTS COME FIRST. A child has a right to two loving parents. The UN put forth a statement regarding Children's Rights. I wonder if the WT supports that as an NGO?

  THE LAW: While one has the absolute right to believe whatever one wants, one does not necessarily enjoy the same liberty with respect to putting such beliefs into action. ( i.e. perjury to reach a desired decision by the court )

  From an article on the same site, "They know their perjury committing and cult doctrine delusional executives on the witness stand are just not credible and far more damaging to their own case than any evidence they are trying to dispute from the other side."

  Religion/Cults are not above the law. Perjury is tantamount to obstruction of justice. period. Justice is based on people telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Not Theocratic Warfare.
