  i think the wt will never give up this practice unless forced to by the courts, even if they are financially failing terribly they will keep it because the moment they do get rid of it the whole thing will collapse even faster and they know it(or afraid of it happening).

  they have painted themselves into a corner of financial ruin.

  Pomo, you could not be more wrong. They view the org as above all. The org interprets the bible even when they clearly contradict the bible. Nothing is above the org.

  was anyone told today that there will be a new resolution coming in two weeks about tax receipts and donations?

  there will be new changes to how these are handled.

  we had a phone call tonight and our friend stated that it wouldn't be mentioned until another two weeks.

  Lol i post from my phone almost exclusively, its just so convenient, but the occasional fat finger slips by. I try to catch where i can and when i dont... well then the ole bob ross comes into play. “No such thing as mistakes just happy little accidents”. Yes i did fat finger my name and yes i fixed it :)

  wizz, im not going to waste valuable forum space explaining my point any further. It seems evident that you cant accept the premise that was laid forward (shunning ending) so there no value in beating my head against a wall going beyond the basic premise you wont accept. Frankly there is no chance they end shunning so its a moot point anyway.
