Ex JW's - Which Christian denomination are you with now and why?
by Truthexplorer inthis is a question for ex jw's who have joined another christian faith group.
the purpose of my question iis to find out which christian faith group you chose after leaving watchtower and what convinced you to travel this new spiritual path you are on.
i am interested to know because i personally would like to find a genuine faith group where i can feel true christian liberty as i initially thought i had with the witnesses.

I wonder what they make of that in Tagalog or Melanesian Pidgin?
In french, they doesn't follow the issue at all. They use : "Nous devons nous évertuer à enlever de nos vies toute mentalité semblable à celle des Cananéens"
Literally : "We must strive to remove from our lives every way of thinking similar at the Cananean one."

in addition to visiting inactive ones, you should make a special effort to invite dis-
fellowshipped ones to the Memorial
For what purpose?
To have 100 people looking at them like if they were monsters?
No way! -

No?
Someone in the world can take seriously an online "newspaper" in which every title of every article is more than 5 lines long?

Has the WT ever said it's okay to steak rare?
by neverendingjourney ini'm revisiting an old topic here, but this was a subject of much confusion for me when i was still a witness.
i went to a spanish congregation in the u.s. and it seemed to be taken for granted by most that you needed to cook beef thoroughly to "get rid" of the blood.
i was surprised when i learned that folks in the english speaking hall would order a steak medium-rare and think nothing of it.. it wasn't until after i left the witnesses that it started to occur to me that if the red fluid that was present when you'd cut the beef was blood, cooking it thoroughly wouldn't get rid of it, it'd just cook it and transform it into another color.
